Despite the things that could make Jotform even better, like the ability for respondents to access submission at a later date to update forms before the submission deadline, the features that are offered make this a really good product. It is easy to use to create and share forms, submit and analyze the data. The are many form options to choose from to get started or give ideas for a new creation. It's powerful!

SurveyMonkey really excels in the survey design aspect of the surveying process. They have so many different question types that you can use to create your questions. The analytics and reporting are basic but ok for those wanting simple insights into their survey answers. Their free plan should suffice for any business that needs the fundamentals of surveying - i.e. survey builder, sharing, and viewing answers.

- With JotForm we can collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and much more and integrate that information into another CRM application.
- I really love the auto-response forms that are generated after customers have submitted a form. The auto-response form allows us to upsell our customers on more valuable services. The original form allowed clients to receive a free e-book and the auto-response form sold clients on our paid membership to our private social media group.
- We use the forms to get clients into our monthly paid newsletter subscription.

- SurveyMonkey templates have made it very user-friendly. It is very efficient to create a survey.
- I love that they have multiple ways to answer questions. For example, short answer, paragraph, and radio buttons to name a few.
- The surveys are very easy to share. You can import a large list of email addresses or free type just a few.
- I like that you can test the survey before sending it out live. I send it to myself to verify how it will look and feel to the end-user.

- Recognizing that there are more limitations when it comes to a mobile interface vs. a desktop interface, I would love to see more profound levels of programming functionality on the mobile side.
- It would be helpful to have better access to greater levels of third-party results analysis, particularly as it relates to open-ended questions and answers.
- As an admin, it would be very cool if SurveyMonkey were able to use AI to match the survey we're building (questions, topics, target respondents, etc.) to existing results that might negate the need to ask certain questions in our surveys.

It is very user-friendly and intuitive. The interface is very simple and straightforward. The elements are easily accessible even without having any prior knowledge of the interface. The customer support is incredibly awesome. They respond to you within 24-48hrs tops. They also provide a list of questions and answers that have already been asked.

Their support is truly awful and negligent [in my opinion]. It's rare for me to get so mad as to write a review about it but given what we do, I think it's necessary to document it. We work in mental health and having client data [transmitted] through the API correctly can be a matter of life and death for someone in crisis. We have had repeated issues with this in JotForm and reset the integration multiple times and yet it continues. [In my experience] tags don't transmit, complete contacts are absent, or parts of data [are] missing despite being mapped. [Again, per my experience] their support will initially respond and then you hear nothing. It's been a huge issue and we are leaving them as a result. [I feel] it's truly infuriating and negligent.

JotForm is superior compared to Google Forms in most aspects. However, the lack of collaboration in the free version makes it less attractive if managing several forms. But the form functionality and features makes up for this. JotForm is clean in layout, and provides a user experience like nonother. Highly recommended.

- After implementing JotForm, I was able to work remotely, which helped a lot during the pandemic and during extended holidays for medical reasons.
- The price is quite high, but it is a fairly stable platform. We do feel it in the budget, but it has great advantages.

- We use this to survey vendors after a trade show and their comments to me have helped improve other shows. I don't have hard numbers but I know our vendors, some of whom are associate members, are very happy to give this feedback because it helps their ROI too.
- I know it has saved us employee time as we aren't sifting through email responses and entering them into a spreadsheet. SurveyMonkey does that for us.
