Lead411 vs. UpLead vs. Vainu

It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.

UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.

Vainu is the best software I have ever used for prospecting. It offers everything that we need for sale, prospecting and leads, and indeed really cost-effective. It's really a small investment when comparing what it can bring to your business. Vainu is not indispensable If you don't have an active selling team and continuous need for new prospects.

• You save time and find right prospects as fast as possible.
• It's also easy to sort prospects by industry, revenue, digital foot print... etc.

• Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.

• More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
• Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
• Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.

• Vainu has fixed all bugs we have reported. So no, can't really say what I dislike...

Lead411 is utilized by our team and as they improve their functionality for company look ups in batches, we are interested in testing it

I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.

The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.

UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.

Vainu contacted me 15 months ago. I had been looking for a good prospecting tool a long time before that. There wasn't any reason not to take the test! The introduction went well. We got guidance many times. Our new sales team members can still receive training from them if we want. They have been interested in our feedback.
