Because Paycor HR software is built to help businesses scale and grow, plans are based on the mix of HR products needed, and company size. Payroll is at the core of Paycor's offering, and their products are sold as a part of their payroll and HR platform.
In our experience, we were led to believe that Paycor was a superior product that was fully integrated. In my opinion, that was a lie.

Initially, we decided with WFR over Paycor as we had Kronos' time and attendance module in WFC. Kronos does a great job of managing time and attendance but an absolute horrible job of anything else. Were we to know this before we made the selection we would have chosen Paycor.
