Teams can automate provisioning and deprovisioning beyond the Identity Provider (IDP), give employees self-service access for a set time, run continuous access reviews, enforce least privilege, and bring non-human and privileged identities under central governance. Security Posture Management continuously tracks application security controls, including SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and compliance posture, helping teams identify gaps across their application stack.

For AI, CloudEagle.ai governs how employees use tools like ChatGPT and Claude, assigns Gen AI risk scores, controls token usage, and enforces AI policies by detecting sensitive data in prompts, blocking risky interactions, and redirecting users toward approved tools. AI Agent Management provides centralized visibility into agents across environments, including their ownership, status, credentials, permissions, and activity, with the ability to shut down risky agents. The platform also harvests unused licenses and surfaces usage and benchmarking data to support proactive renewals.

The platform is built on EagleIQ, a context graph connecting SaaS, identity, and AI data so that a decision in one domain informs the others. CloudEagle.ai works alongside existing IT Service Management (ITSM), IDP, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and security tools.
