FinancialForce Subscription & Usage Billing has proven to be a valuable tool for managing high numbers of active subscribers to television services. Users have been able to streamline their billing processes by leveraging the software's auto-billing capabilities, allowing for efficient and accurate monthly billing. Additionally, the integration with other systems such as Salesforce and CRM has been beneficial for users, enabling seamless interaction between platforms.

Another key use case of FinancialForce Subscription & Usage Billing is integrating it with FinancialForce Accounting. This integration has greatly benefited the Accounting and Finance department. By utilizing this software, users have been able to automate accounts payable processes and provide easy access to vendor and A/P information for other departments. The ability to create dashboards and reports of financial information has also proven useful for sharing crucial data with other teams.

Furthermore, FinancialForce Accounting serves as a reliable accounting system that integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, allowing users to record transactions and generate trial balances. This feature has been particularly helpful in multi-currency environments, as the software's capabilities enable users to reduce manual entries and focus on reporting and planning. Overall, FinancialForce ERP has provided a modern solution for various accounting activities within organizations, addressing problems in areas such as Payables, Receivables, Reporting, and Data Analysis.

Complete end-to-end solution: Users find FinancialForce to be a complete end-to-end solution that extends the functionality of Salesforce Enterprise Edition, allowing for seamless and intuitive processes such as turning sales quotes or orders into invoices. This has been mentioned by multiple reviewers who appreciate the comprehensive nature of the software.

Intuitive user interface: The user interface of FinancialForce is highly praised for its intuitiveness, making it easy for sales and accounting teams to work together and share information efficiently. Multiple users have mentioned this positive aspect, resulting in decreased time to bill and increased user adoption and satisfaction.

Seamless credit processing: Credit processing in FinancialForce follows a similar intuitive path, ensuring smooth operations. Some users have specifically mentioned how seamless the credit processing feature is within the software.

Reporting Engine Overwhelming: Some users have found the reporting engine in FinancialForce overwhelming and difficult to configure and learn, leading to frustration and inefficiency in generating reports.

Lack of Support for Procurement: Several reviewers have mentioned the lack of support for procurement of non-operations goods and services in FinancialForce. This limitation has hindered their ability to effectively manage all aspects of their purchasing processes.

Need for Integration with Expense Reporting App: Many users expressed the need for a simple and straightforward expense reporting and reimbursement app that integrates seamlessly with payable invoices or journals. The absence of such an application offered or supported by FinancialForce has created challenges in managing expenses efficiently.

FinancialForce Subscription & Usage Billing has more features, more useability, and manages higher numbers of customers. The systems I have used in the past are easier to navigate but couldn't handle this number of customers.

Infinitely better. We are much happier with FinancialForce ERP rather than NetSuite. This allows us so much more flexibility and growth potential. There is a good chance we will use other functionality of FinancialForce in the future to stay within the same ecosystem. We selected FinancialForce ERP mostly because of its compatibility with Salesforce, as that is the hub of our business applications.

FFA is built on the Salesforce platform, giving us one source of data for our KPIs. Unlike Dynamics, FFA allows us to create custom reports and dashboards through which we can share financial results. We were able to better automate and streamline accounts payable using FFA. FF values user feedback and incorporates it when improving and adding functionality.

NetSuite is much better in that it can produce financial statements, has a subscription module, and is just as customizable as FinancialForce. If you have a midsized company, NetSuite may be better suited for your business needs. FinancialForce requires a lot of in-house development for it to work, but it is still better than QuickBooks.

Compared to other accounting software FinancialForce Accounting has its good and bad aspects but overall it is a good option. Reporting directly from FinancialForce Accounting can be difficult to do, but standard accounting tasks are straightforward and not time-consuming to complete in FinacialForce Accounting. In addition, it has a few very useful tools and capabilities, such as the multi-currency multi-location capabilities, that are difficult to match.

The initial allure of FinancialForce Accounting was the fact that we were very happy with Salesforce.com and the ability to integrate FinancialForce Accounting with Salesforce.com easily (although it was time-consuming). But after analyzing its functionality it was also apparent that FinancialForce Accounting would be the best fit for us because of its multi-currency tools and the fact that after we integrated it with Salesforce.com, we were able to cut out a great deal of manual data entry that we were doing before.

Outside CPA was strong proponent of Quickbooks and it was evaluated initially, but size of company, complexity of transactions, eventual move to Salesforce and need for multi-company and multicurrency ruled it out almost from the start. As the only accounting system built natively on Salesforce force.com platform, FinancialForce was the solution of choice. During implementation, Accounting Seed vendor demonstrated their application, but it was also ruled out due to lack of multicurrency functionality and inability to support company future growth.
