Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I signed up for GanttPRO but shortly decided that TeamGantt was better suited for my needs. GanttPRO has a very dated user interface, and the experience with their support team has been less than stellar. I did not use the software to plug in any information; I just navigated through the interface and realized that this wasn't for me. I highly recommend checking out TeamGantt for a beautiful design, customer support, and user experience.

  • I would NOT say that GanttPRO does anything well.

Cons

  • Needs an up-to-date user interface and better design.
  • Needs better customer support.
  • Not a human-centric company.

Return on Investment

  • My ROI is in the negative. I'm seeking a refund.
