OneDrive Can be Your Friend
- Keeps our files in sync with the SharePoint server
- Keeps any personal files synced but remain password protected
- Easy to access from any web browser
- My OneDrive will disconnect itself after I do a hard reboot over the weekend
- My OneDrive will completely disappear from view randomly
- After a hard reboot, most often I'll have to go into my applications folder to find the OneDrive app, then open and wait for it to sign in and sync

A simple sync that is built into Windows
- Sync - OneDrive does a great job having files available across all devices, particularly the on-demand sync available on Win10 and newer.
- Backup - I've used file versions and folder versions multiple times to revert to an older copy or undo an accidental deletion.
- Processing changes - This can take quite a while, particularly when a large number of files have changed or after a reboot.
- Syncing multiple accounts - It's possible, but not as intuitive as some other cloud storage apps.

- You never knowing what is OneDrive actually doing, no logs or detailed information.
- With inconsistent sync, you not being able to pull your files to a new device unless you sacrifice a goat first.

- Multiple people can access the same files using OneDrive information in the cloud.
- Maintaining real-time coordination with all of my devices has proven tough.
- System restore would occasionally stop working for short periods of time.

Well rounded functions for fair price
- Sync functions allow to access work virtually anywhere
- Collaboration options make working with others easier, increasing productivity
- It works seamlessly in different devices
- The one drive online functions allows to use office programs like work and excel without having them installed in a device
- Some functions and apps are not available to all countries/regions
- The one drive app takes too much space in mobile devices
- The apps for mobile devices lack some tools, like the option to search templates
- It could allow to manually plan when to sync, specially photos, which take long times to sync

- Doesn't crash
- Good for sending files that don't belong on servers
- Comes with Windows
- No access to settings while not syncing. This means you can't carefully pick which folders sync prior to actually starting the syncing. This is purely nonsensical.
- If you wish to hold syncing while accessing settings, the best you can do is limit the speed to 1kb/per second, but that will still lock folders that Onedrive decides to start syncing.
- Folder syncing control hell when choosing folders to sync: 'Sorry, your changes couldn't be saved', error messages that have terrible explanations for why Onedrive disobeys requests to omit incoming files from your PC from syncing up.
- Terrible UI layout and disregard for cloud-based design convention. Settings are hidden in weird places that require google results when trained professionals would usually find familiar settings.

OneDrive offers the most complete file sync and sharing system.
- OneDrive backups up the folders you specify automatically
- OneDrive files in the cloud allow multiple users to edit the same file at the same time.
- OneDrive allows you to share large files with others easily and without emailing them.
- OneDrive file conflict resolution could use some work as it can create multiple copies of the same file which can get confusing.
- It would be nice to get some kind of file versioning or restore from a previous date functionality for files stored in onedrive.
- Large file support is not allowed above 15gb files, which for some email backup files might not be enough.

- I consider the storage of the OneDrive Basic plan to be low as compared to what other popular file-sharing apps offer for free

OneDrive- all your files at hand
- OneDrive is a multiplatform solution so that we can access files from the device of our choice.
- With OneDrive, workgroups can centrally view data, avoiding file loss and disruption to multiple employees.
- By organizing work groups, users may create dedicated directories for their department. This ensures that all descriptions of details, including documentation or multimedia files, are transparent, organized, and stored directly in public-access folders.
- It has sometimes been difficult to maintain real-time synchronization with all my devices. It repeatedly refused to upload files to the internet. Occasionally, autosave ceased to function for brief periods of time.

- To access files one has stored , across anywhere in the world with any device one is using (Mobile, Desktop, Laptop or Tablet).
- To have the documents, files etc to be stored and organize these documents to a secured location in the cloud.
- To have a data share or file share or document share done with others and have the capability to work real-time.
- Gives a scope of 1 TB of data storage per user and also upload files up to 250 GB in size.
- To have a sync in all the documents even when offline.
- There can be backup as well as protection of the files wherein one can easily recover from that of any accidental deletes or that of the malicious attacks.
- User documentation could be an area of improvement, as the user tries the trial and error method to learn.
- Could be more user friendly.
- Changes the font of the documents, but that rarely happens.
- Takes time for sync and leads to making the system stuck / hang.
- To view the photos in mobile , there should be a better UI which is user friendly.

- OneDrive business helps us a lot in uploading and sharing files of events.
- It is incredibly the best ever platform for storing and saving files.
- It ensures sufficient data protection for the users. It is very much handy by helping us in making editing files whenever needed.
- It fulfills all your needs and requirements in the best ways.
- The only least thing about OneDrive is that large files present in a folder consume much time in opening.
- It always satisfies us with its full-featured and reliable services.
- quietly works in the background with minimal needed interaction.
- Reliably stores information and provides ready access to data and documents.
- Cost is built into our Microsoft subscription, and the overall cost is very low.
- It provides version history.
- It warns us of possible mistakes during file deletions.
- We have only one beef with OneDrive - it doesn't allow renaming of the OneDrive folders, so all of our OneDrive folders are named OneDrive which can get confusing until you label a folder at the top to identify which OneDrive you are in.
- One thing it does well is it integrates seamlessly with Office 365 applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. It is easy for users to open/modify/save documents from OneDrive within the Office 365 applications, without having to actually open that program in another window.
- It enables users to be able to securely share files both internally within the organization and those outside of the organization.
- The Sync function needs to be a little easier to use and understand. On the users part, it is imperative that they are trained into how this function works, or how best to use it. It could be confusing, especially at first glance.
- Another improvement can be made in the file size limits across the various ways of uploading files. In the most common scenario with business users using a work or school account, the file size limit is only 15gb.
