The first reason is the embedded simplicity of the tool. You should be an expert to use Tableau CRM. It will be kinda a self-explanatory tool where anyone can get familiar with a simple learning curve. Also, Tableau CRM has a wide range of options provided to analyze data. Connecting with Data sources is not a hectic task. Tableau CRM provides so many templates and you can just use one of them to your organization's requirements.

Tableau CRM is good reporting tool but its limited to salesforce data mainly. also there are very much limitation to perform complex calculations. If you perfect data model is ready in salesforce then its good tool for reporting else its average tool. please first understand you business need then go for implementation.

For someone who don't have coding background, this could be a useful tool and fairly easy to learn and use given the good support. However, if you know other open source tools, it would be much easier to use the other tools and the knowledge is more transferable in the future.

I rated Salesforce Einstein Analytics 5 or average usability. Because its user interface is complex and needs [the] background of an analyst to understand it completely. For marketing specialists or users who don't have an analyst background, there is a sharp learning curve. So, its adoption is low unless additional training is provided or Salesforce trailblazer documents are thoroughly reviewed. Another way to learn the tool faster is to start using other Salesforce tools such as Marketing Cloud but that involves higher investment and time.

Overall usability is absolutely worth the price. It help me to save tons of time working on raw data in Excel file. It also minimize the discrepancy in data format when there are multiple user inputting the data. Every data inputted in Salesforce is standardized, therefore it is very easy to keep track / generating performance report even though you are having more than 20 projects recorded in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

[Salesforce Einstein Analytics (formerly Wave Analytics)] is very user friendly. Almost everything can be done from configuration level. It is useful to solve real business problems in health care industry, research and development, Education etc. As data loading and transformation is easy it is used regularly. Information can be obtained in a very [easy] way from the dashboards.
