Anytime I have had a question or issue with Tableau, I have contacted my sales rep who has either provided the answer or put me in touch with support staff who are able to quickly provide a solution to my problem. I have always been satisfied after speaking with the Tableau staff.

Support has been excellent we have no complaints we kept fully up-to-date with the status of any other issues and all of our issues have been resolved quickly. They have been proactive and came to us to find out whether there was anything we wanted them to do which is amazing.

The email and call support is exceptional; although I have had few problems, they are usually solved within an hour. In addition, Tableau has developed a large and knowledgeable community of users who help each other, and I find them to be among the best spokespeople for the software.
