What is Textel?

Textel is a texting software for contact centers specifically designed to improve the customer experience, increase customer engagement, and improve contact center performance and efficiency through the complete integration with CCaaS platforms, such as NICE, Genesys, RingCentral, and Five9.

Textel enables inbound/outbound SMS and MMS texts for contact centers that need to connect with customers faster and more efficiently than traditional channels (email, voice, chat). Textel users can enable their pre-existing numbers and can be up and running in 24 hours.

And Textel Blast can be used to reach an entire contact list, or a segment of it, with customized targeted messages to provide updates, drive revenue, or start 1:1 conversations with customers. Or send targeted, two-way messages to as many people as desired, to build engagement and customer satisfaction with an entire customer base, or a segment of it, managed directly from a connected platform.

We needed a platform that allowed us to both text our client base one-on-one and in mass as a marketing tool.
  • One-on-one texting with customers
  • Mass texting to groups
  • Analytics
  • Phone list formats could be both csv and excel, making it more convenient
  • The need to refresh while creating lists can be annoying.
If looking for a platform for both one-on-one and mass texting, Textel allows for both while also providing an easy to use interface. Analytics are robust enough to suit most needs of an organization and customer service has been excellent so far.
  • Client base reaction to our texting channel has been very positive
  • Client engagement has been easy to manage internally
  • Cost of platform was competitive to other platforms in the market
The only other texting platform we've used was Eltropy, and although Eltropy was very good as well, Textel provided more of the features we felt we needed to offer the best customer experience.
