Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
In my experience, we have not had a smooth implementation, and there has been a concern at every turn. I am finally in contact with the 5th or 6th person who claims that will help figure out the issues - this is after 4 years

Was not a good implementation and as a result we have not used all the products that we pay for
I would not have gone with ADP - A small company may have given us the proper implementation and support

there have been many times - but here is the issue- WHY do I have so many issues? When I call they are fine, but I am in a spot where I am not sure what I even have and what tools I am not using- plus I am not comfortable so most are still manual
