We use ClickUp to manage various client projects within several industry verticals. Our typical client hires us to streamline their sales process, which involves a large amount of structured research. ClickUp helps us organize all the information we gather into smaller projects that can be assigned to teams for review. It also allows us to manage these teams and timelines so we can arrive simultaneously.

Yes, our collaboration has improved significantly over the last year. With the ability to track project comments among all stakeholders, attach pertinent documents to projects, and track our time we have also seen a reduction in time spent searching for information. Everything is now contained in one space. The mind mapping tools are extremely useful as well.
Bringing together the calendar, messaging, and relevant documents together in one space has been tremendously useful for us. It means we spend less time switching between tabs or other tools and can stay focused within ClickUp. There are still a number of features that we haven't yet been able to take advantage of just yet.
After spending a great deal of time with alternative tools, we found that the functionality and flexibility of ClickUp far surpassed other products on the market. The integrations alone meant that we could reduce or eliminate duplicate functions and keep our teams focused within one space. Other products felt clumsy to use and we ended up spending too much time managing the tool rather than working on the project. ClickUp made it easy for us.
