Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use it to capture meeting items and the product roadmap. I am using it personally as well for following up on meetings I have with my direct reports.

Yes! It helps me organize my meetings better. I also have other teams that are using it collaboratively, for example to work & review documents together. They are super satisfied.
Yes, we can make processes out of everything. And using the built-in automation, we're able to leave simple event-based tasks to ClickUp.
ClickUp's learning curve is very low vs. other tools, but it's only suitable if you need some complexity in your task organisation. If it's only for a simple list with tasks, there are other solutions to look at.
