Simple and straightforward task management
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I need a tool where I can put all my tasks in a simple way and take notes about them. I manage a lot of things and I need to order my mind writing down everything so I don't forget anything. ClickUP is really good at showing tasks and details about each one. Even relations between them, so I feel I'm in control.
Pros

Cons
- The mobile app is ok, but can be better
- The screen shows a lot of information, which is good, but until you get used to it, it may be overwhelming
- Recurring tasks are not much intuitive
- Collaboration is simple and straight forward.
- There is control and order in everything.
I can know status of all my tasks and projects. Centralizing all information about what it needs to be done is a breeze. And I value when using a task management platform doesn't feel as another job to be done. Users must feel the tool is working for them and not the other way. Everybody feels adding ClickUp is something useful.
We try and use some other platforms. I actually use Asana with some teams and each one has something great. But I really can't talk about integration more than linking some Google Sheets and email integration. Getting a link for tasks is great, but we really use tasks inside the platform more than integrating others.
I still use both. ClickUp is a little "bigger" and has some more tunning over details. When someone ask me about which to choose, my answer is "you must try them"... start using both and you'll find the best using them and asking users how they feel.
