Overall Satisfaction with GoCanvas
GoCanvas is being used primarily with my Sales Team when they meet face to face with homeowners. Our contract, customer verification form, and scoping forms are used on GoCanvas. It has brought us into the technology age and helped my staff close more deals. It is easily changed and adapted to what we need it for. The documents look professional.
- GoCanvas can adapt to you and the structure of your company. Our documents were sometimes a work in progress, and it was easy to change them when needed.
- GoCanvas made my Sales Team more efficient and structured. We had set documents they needed to fill out and within those documents, certain areas needed to be completed before they could move forward, which enabled my team to be more accurate and fully detailed.
- With the amount of users and documents that we had, the main dashboard was a little tough to use and find documents.
- Again, we used GoCanvas quite a bit so it did get expensive. However, for the service we received I think it was well priced.
- I believe that GoCanvas has had a positive impact on my company because it has enabled us to sign more contracts with homeowners because of the efficiency gained, which in turn gave us more revenue.
GoCanvas is much easier to use and customize than Google Forms. We have used Google Forms in the past, but seem to find that GoCanvas works better for our company and what we do. The reports are cleaner, more professional, and easier to use than Google Forms. I feel that it makes us stand out from our competitors when trying to sign contracts.
