Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for our main phone system, online meetings, and contact center. One recent problem we have with GoTo Connect is the ability to remove old contacts/ employees from the directory from the admin side. I would also like to have a notification sent to me if someone joins my meeting room before I join. I would like better AI notetaker options. We currently use a third party service, but it would be nice if GoTo Connect offered this service.

  • The contact center was a great money saver and time save. We did not need to use another system... just stay within GoTo Connect
I think the phones are great. The meetings have improved a great deal over the past few years. I think there's some catching up to do when considering other meeting apps available, but it works for us at the moment. We have been considering switching to other meeting platforms based on the features and integrations available that would save us time. The messaging is just ok... I would love to see some improvements here. Some employees miss the notifications from messages. It does not work the same for everyone. It's not as user friendly.

I think GoTo Connect can be suited for all organizations of any size. Small businesses can benefit from a budget friendly approach and add on as time goes and when they grow. Established companies will be difficult to switch if they already have a phone system in place. If there's some hand holding involved to help with migration, this would be better for onboarding.
