Overall Satisfaction with

We use to manage our sales pipeline, marketing initiatives, and our to-do lists. As a piece of software it has simplified our sales management, as we were finding Salesforce too complicated for our needs. All incoming enquires are now visible to the team, with clear actions for everyone. We also use as a CRM, and to keep track of sales targets. The marketing team and sales team are now much more in sync, and our business feels that much more joined up.
  • Use of colour! As a design company we are very visual people.
  • The app is very good.
  • The ability to integrate with other applications.
  • For project management I think it possibly has a way to go to catch up with streamtime.
  • It's had a positive ROI because we have been able to ditch Salesforce which was much more expensive.
I've found it very initiative, as have my colleagues, some of whom are not tech savvy.
Whenever I have used the chat feature it has been extremely fast and responsive. is very reliable and works as designed, it's a good experience using it.

Do you think delivers good value for the price?

Yes is well suited to remote teams who need to collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives. It's useful for pulling information from Gmail, streamtime, Mailchimp and Slack especially. Feature Ratings

We hold a weekly meeting where we review our sales pipeline board
I still prefer to do everything on Google, mainly because that is what our clients use, but also the project timelines on Monday are a bit too simplistic for my needs.

11 - Project management, marketing, creative directors, accounts, operations, studio bookings
2 - This is a loose term, we have a couple of employees that know Monday fairly well. But no experts.
  • Job pipeline
  • Leads and accounts
  • Freelancer database
  • Not sure we've been that innovative!
  • We will always be interested in project management, but we do have a great existing tool in Streamtime...
It works well, as IS our sales pipeline

Yes - Salesforce. Salesforce was super expensive and very ugly.
  • Integration with Other Systems

The team agreed that it was the best solution.
We now have a more robust evaluation internal process, and it would have taken longer to approve, but it would have been approved. Implementation

Yes - I've used it in the past but found it really hard to navigate, it seems to be best viewed on a computer Reliability

It's not been adopted by all areas of the business, but it is always there and encouraged

It was a long time ago but i remember it being painless!
Not sure we've had much interaction since but they are always available
Number of users, length of term. I think they included a user for free as we were 1 over the limit
