Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use all Payroll and almost all HR products. Having employees do their own direct deposit is helpful and time saving.

Implementation was great. A rep stayed with me and even keyed in payroll with me for our first 2 payrolls.
Paycom has good customer service and they will find someone to help.

Support and Self-Service
We are using more of the modules now than ever and saving time.
I like talking to a live person and they have stayed on even after hours to continue helping me.
Employees are able to now do their own direct deposit information which saves me time in HR.
Using Paycom
496 - All employees use Paycom. All hourly employees have to clock in and out. Salaried employees still have to enter any time off. HR uses it the most.
4 - We have 4 in HR that utilize Paycom, and we also have our IT department for any problems we have had internally.

Evaluating Paycom and Competitors
Yes - ADP had awful customer service. Reporting was bad and had tax issues also.

Our HR manager at the time had used Paycom at her previous job, so she pushed for us to get it.
I think I would again choose Paycom but would ask more in-depth questions on what it can and cannot do.
