With the help of Sprout Social, [...] implemented better analytics to track the success of our Global Social Program across the LinkedIn platform in 2024. We love the year over year reporting feature - you can't find that data on LinkedIn's native platforms.
When I joined [...], we had two social tools - Sprout Social and also Hootsuite. We ultimately made the decision to keep Sprout Social and sunset the Hootsuite platform because Sprout Social was far easier to use for scheduling purposes and provided more extensive analytics reporting than Hootsuite. Also, we loved that Sprout Social has the Bit.ly tool baked into it - we didn't like our links being turned into the word 'owl' as Hootsuite does.

The ease of use of Sprout Social was a huge plus for my Social Team when we migrated from Hootsuite over to Sprout Social. Additionally, the robust reporting features were a huge plus for my team, so that we can provide year-over-year reporting for our LinkedIn platform to our CMO.
I'd like to have reviewed more of the features of Sprout Social, so that we could decide whether to include the expanded Customer Support. I wish we had a dedicated person to partner with on using Sprout Social. But we do not have the budget for that at this time.

Not sure - Sprout Social was so much easier for my Social Team to use than the Hootsuite platform. It was also easy for me to transition over to, having come from another B2B organization in March 2024 that used HubSpot for their social post scheduling.

We did not purchase Premium Support for Sprout Social. We are limited on our budget for the Sprout Social tool.
Yes - Typically bugs are resolved but they are not always resolved quickly, which is challenging as it sometimes means my Social Team has to come up with a 'plan B' for scheduling posts in the meantime.
We have not had many interactions with the Sprout Social support team over the past year or so.

Yes - The mobile interface is very handy for SMMs to leverage if they are on-the-go and need to make sure that a particular post goes out. It's especially helpful for very small social teams and/or programs who have one solo Social Media Manager.
