Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is being used for collaboration and communication between different teams within the organisation. It's also used to communicate with Cisco TAC personnel. It resolved the communication issues. Webex App is very helpful as it's also installable on the cellphones and hence very convenient to use from mobility perspective.

  • Zoom in and zoom out feature on Webex screen sharing.

In out environment we use both WebEx teams and Microsoft Teams.

Both the apps compete head to head with the features and utilities.

In a Cisco based environment, Cisco WebEx is a much suited application but Microsoft Teams has a better utility and collaborative feature in a Microsoft based environment.

This is a very good app and has given a good customer experience. I have given 1 point less in rating as all the products always have a scope for improvement. Cisco had been always been the company developing great products over the years and Webex is one of them and I am very happy with the services.

The overall usability of Webex App is very user friendly and simple due to its simple interface.
Webex App is more appropriate to use in an organisation because of its ease of using and quite simple user interface. Since Webex App is also available for cell phones, it's very easy for the mobile users to use the app from anywhere. In today's world after pandemic the applicability and usability of this app has become more relevant.

Cisco Webex Experience

In our environment we have collaborated Cisco WebEx teams with Cisco unified communications manager wherein the user registers to Cisco WebEx cloud for messaging services and utilises CUCM for calling functionalities.
Webex teams does a good work in providing calling and meeting features.
Automatic noise suppression really helps if we are in a noisy environment.
