Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webexpenses is being used across the whole organization for management of Mileage and Expenses. There is flexibility of monthly, quarterly or quick approval basis, you can submit the expenses, get approved and paid. Happy days. Its user friendly platform and also the training videos when starting are a great help. Really pleased with user friendly interface.

Usability

Great and easy to use on desktop or app, very user friendly and loads quickly. Options from drop down box are a great thing to choose from instead of searching also VAT is mostly counted which is brilliant. Only the place for room is to increase the usability of camera and taking pictures.

Support Rating

Only had an issue once when we started using Webexpenses and there are many support options to choose from. I have dealt online and the response was very quick and even though it was my device at fault, the advisor was very helpful and friendly and willing to help to resolve.

Time Savings

As previously expenses were completed by a paper copy, then emailed to line manager, then they sent it to their line manager and they submitted it to finance for processing and most of the times there was a human error. Whereas with Webexpenses this process is shortened due to all having access online to see submissions and approvals.

Requirements

Product wise it is one of the market leading innovative business features are great as you can amend them to your organisation's needs. You can set your own company policies to make sure that all employees follow the process as required by the company. Option to choose the line of Management and approvers is great help.

Alternatives Considered

SAP Concur

2 different platforms and depending on the needs and connectivity of the business. Both platforms are excellent choice. webexpenses or more targeted and used in Services industry whereas SAP Concur is more productive for tangible industry where other SAP products are used and connected to the same network. Web expenses has more visibility and opportunities

Webexpenses is great for businesses with less or more employees as you can make administrators for each group to approve and link those to finance officers to control payments/deductions. Great for any company dealing with expenses. On other hand I suppose not very well suited to companies with very few employees.
