Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Our team uses Wrike to manage incoming creative requests, scheduling project tasks, and collaborative proofing across multiple teams across the organization. Wrike provided a scalable solution to replace an older, home-grown system that couldn't be adapted to the company's growth and our team's expanding services.
Pros
- Cloud service performs well with little to no down time
- Nearly endless customization options allow teams to work in ways that suit their particular needs
- Account services provide prompt assistance when needed
Cons
- More robust and detailed automation options would be helpful
- Add a time tracking reminder if the clock runs over a specified amount of time
- The ability to generate custom project ID/job numbers
- the ability to hide subtasks from those not assigned. There are many times when a stakeholder needs visibility to the overall project, but not individual subtasks
- the ability to print project details and include custom field information
- the ability to add partial day PTO to user work schedules
- more detailed/robust branching when building request forms
- the ability to filter message in your inbox by user
- it would be helpful if the notification pop ups linked directly to the message/comment vs needing to hunt for it under "stream"
- the ability to provide collaborators with a bit more permissions, particularly when it comes to adding/assigning/tagging other users as assignees in request forms
- the ability to add users as followers in a request form
- the ability to apply a blueprint to an existing project
- increased productivity due to no longer working on a server-based application
- improved project visibility and collaboration
- a more streamlined proof/approval process with increased visibility throughout multiple departments
