We used to use Hugo because it was free, and it is very similar in a lot of ways. Great for collaboration and sharing with team members, but Confluence is a bit easier to keep track of notes going back to the beginning of a project by creating a space.

Hubspot is way better! Act was very outdated and slow, and we are able to integrate with more things using hubspot and noting across departments is seamless.
We previously used Apollo which didn't have the simple, clean user interface, nor did it have the coordinated sales and marketing alignment that Hubspot has. If you need a high degree of marketing and sales alignment, Hubspot is a better choice.
