Autoklose is hands-down the best email marketing campaign manager I have ever seen or used. I also highly recommend it for list-building if you do not have clean and robust data for your target audience.

Outreach

Outreach is well suited for large sales teams. It helps me stay organized, saves me time with the sequences I have built out, and for that reason I can't imagine doing my job without it. I love that my team can see who I'm reaching out to so we are all aligned. I cannot imagine a use case outside of this to be honest

  • Visibility into messaging efficacy - we can clearly see bounce rates, reply rates, etc with this tool
  • Consistent messaging - the team is able to craft specific sequence messages that is used across the team, ensuring that our communications stay on-brand and highlight agreed-upon points for the message receiver.
  • Integration with Salesforce - whether through a trigger or direct updates, specific actions in Outreach are synced seamlessly with our CRM, allowing us to continue to use Salesforce as our source of truth for cross-functional performance metrics.

  • If you're a real beginner then maybe having multiple campaigns running can be a little difficult to manage or understand the flow of the data. But their customer service has been incredible when I have questions.

Outreach

  • The only negative(That I've been told they know and are working on) is the reporting for the SDR team. As they used Outreach the most seeing data is more important. Some information that would have helped the SDR team out was missing or incomplete. As I said above Outreach has said they planned on updating them.

Outreach can be complicated to begin using because of the way it needs to be integrated into your CRM. It can also be difficult to get trained and started using because of the complexity of the product. However, once you are trained and versed in the use of Outreach, it is an extremely powerful tool to use.

I feel like Outreach support reps provide better support about Salesforce than Salesforce does itself - we may have a better support package for Outreach than we do Salesforce, though. The support team at Outreach is also extremely available and conscious of our interests and use cases. We also still have regular Skype calls set up with Outreach and it is more personable than simply speaking on the phone - although we have texted our support reps at Outreach before for immediate responses!

Autoklose

The ones I have used in the past were parts or pieces of the flow. Something goes wrong it's back and worth, this has to talk to that, I don't have the patience or the time. Now I can use one tool for a greater part of the client life cycle from lead to partner.

Outreach beats all three (SalesLoft, Pardot and hubspot) hands down. From sequencing leads to logging activity and the ability to call within the cloud-based app itself. Saves time, reduces duplicate work and improves overall visibility for our trainers, supervisors, managers and leadership.

Outreach

  • We switched from Salesloft, which was a significantly larger investment. As a business user, I do not see that big of an increase in functionality compared to the increased price. For managers, it does give better metrics and visibility into the team's activities.
  • Like any tool of this kind, it increases the ability to reach a wider audience at once and automate a lot of the work.
