Bloomreach is a great solution, and I have already recommended it to a previous colleague! On the whole it it intuitive and easy to pick up, so is a great solution when you need to get started and make progress early on. It's perfect for delivering ongoing automations to customers based on attributes or activity as well as delivering one off mail shots.

Where you are looking for agility and product placement - this is a great product. We were able to move $750k in product in a month due to the pure agility in offering more targetted discounts to users at the right moment. If you use the software correctly - this is like giving your core website experience steriods to offer users the right products at the right time. This shouldn't, however, replace comprehensive funnel testing. Think of it more like hyper offer-management service

  • BlueConic's technology and interface is second to none. They excel at taking potentially difficult tasks and making them easy for users to accomplish without having to stretch the platform's limits or reach out to customer support.
  • The way BlueConic integrates with websites almost seems like magic; by placing a single tag you're able to track almost everything and deploy website personalization.
  • BlueConic releases frequent updates to the platform, like new integrations to other platforms and different tools for tracking data.

  • While Importing the offline data, sometimes the auto detection is failed to detect the csv file
  • While we import with wrong mapping, even after pressing escape before the import starts, its not cancelling the import. it start running. It would be great if it stops the import
  • it would be great if we receive email for successfully finished imports too

  • They should have the ability to port data beyond O&O properties. This is likely more complex than I make it seem, but a deal w/ a DMP to be able to do so would likely solve the issue.
  • Could have some more "out of the box" APIs.
  • WOuld be great if they had in-house consultants that could come and help set-up best practices with your other existing partnerships (this would be a HUGE ask though; places like Salesforce charge thousands for such services).

In my time working with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, I always liked to work with it. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.

I think without a bit of training and knowledge it would be hard to walk right into a role or a task inside of BlueConic - it is kind of hard to comprehend everything that is available and all of the options. The language inside of BlueConic is also very different than other things in the industry, so it was hard to understand what it would line up with.

It has always been available with great response times. Honestly in almost 5 years there was like one outage and I have to admit that it was solved so quick that I don't even know if it's fair to even call it that. Bloomreach is extremely reliable, can't fault it.

ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue

I would rate Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization’s support an 8 out of 10. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us implement and scale our use of Engagement, and their guidance has been valuable in accelerating time-to-value. There’s still some room for improvement around more hands-on guidance with complex use cases (like weblayer prioritization or advanced reporting), but overall the support has been strong and dependable.

Bloomreach is far superior than SFMC as that platform requires too much technical knowledge. Ometria is very good and I would say is quite similar to Bloomreach although I would say Ometria is a smaller company. Dotdigital is also very powerful but not more so than Bloomreach. This being said, Dotdigital and HubSpot does have telephone support which is amazing and something I would like to see from Bloomreach in future or at least shorter wait times for customer support live chat.

there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.
