Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Bloomreach has it all CDP, Automation and ESP. Very intuitive and easy to use. The support team is very helpful and running scenarios is easy. Data is organised nicely due to hard identifiers and soft identifiers. The ability to create HTML blocks and reuse them across all campaigns (header/footer) is a great time saver.

The team was always there to support me. Another great tool is the always-on-chat support in the platform with very helpful support team on the other end. If you have a complex problem there is always someone there who knows the solution or can offer ways around it. Great support, some of the best!
Fast and efficient
Seamless, after a bit of planning and integration this works really well and I can see the value, although the project is not just there yet this will be really valuable when it gets there
Bloomreach does it all, basically like taking all the best bits from the different platforms and adding them to one.

It is very well suited to companies that are e-commerce based. I also think if the user already has a CRM the fit is almost perfect as the data syncs are easy and the combination of on site behaviour tracking with first party data is golden! I would recommend this to anyone looking for the whole package!

I have never experienced any outage or offline state, always available
In my experience the platform does not "go slow" when compared to other platforms it is actually really fast
