Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach for Email campaign deployment by setting up the scenarios for online customers (by shopify integration) and offline customers (Importing csv files)
  • Creating Email Templates is very simple
  • Creating scenarios and setting up the scenario logic is not that much complicated
  • Data Imports are more accurate based on the data manager
  • While Importing the offline data, sometimes the auto detection is failed to detect the csv file
  • While we import with wrong mapping, even after pressing escape before the import starts, its not cancelling the import. it start running. It would be great if it stops the import
  • it would be great if we receive email for successfully finished imports too
  • Revenues has increased based on email deployment in timely manner
  • Creating unified profile
  • Conversion rates from automated campaign setup
Bloomreach unifies the customer profile though customers with different ids. Automated campaign set up is much easier Creating email templates with block based and also with HTML is easier Data imports are very quick as well
Bloomreach helped us unify the customer profile and also delivered automated campaigns and also automated data imports which resulted in on-time campaign deployment and also reports creation is much accurate
With the help of Bloomreach the accuracy and scheduled time of each and every campaign is efficient and successful
Bloomreach seems like user friendly and easy to guide with perfect user guide documentation and support team than Tealium
