Bloomreach pricing is quote-based. Bloomreach pricing is customized to the number of customers served, product catalog size, and the number of events executed – such as how many emails or SMS messages are sent.
It was not my direct decision but rather a business one, but I can say that compared to Klaviyo, Bloomreach makes it much easier to manage multi-language campaigns.
Back then it was more advanced solution than Emarsys and far more cheaper and easier to work on that Salesforce offers. Basically, what I understood then, We would need to buy 2 different solution from salesforce to be comparable to bloomreach.
Bloomreach is the first true CDP that integrates all customer data that I have used, but previously I have used other CRM/email marketing tools as outlined above. We chose Bloomreach because of its ability to work with so much complex offline data, and the ability to create …
Not just an email platform. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization offer much much more in terms of how to target customers both on and offline. With endless ways to set up customer journeys and serve to customers. Making it a crucial part of our business and how …
Bloomreach has been around in this company since 2016 and will still be. It has become the core concept repository / library. Other alternatives that have been considered in the part were discarded because with our current platform we have quick delivery, good performance and a …
Bloomreach has it all in one package - and for retailers with many products and many markets you'll find that Bloomreach makes it easy to get an overview over performance for each country, and the email editor is a great tool for multi-language customers. Especially the newest …
We selected Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization because it offers a powerful combination of automation, personalisation and analytics all within one platform.
Each one has its good and bad things. The change to Bloomreach was made because of its supposed ease of use in our case and it has been a success, but it is not perfect for us since for that something very specific would be necessary, as if you were ours.
From working almost 4 years with Klaviyo we started noticing many discrepancies on the analytics side, and also on the user experience we were providing with the product recommendations that did not performed the way we expected. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for …
Bloomreach is a step above the other CRM tools I have experienced. The amount of customization at your fingertips feels limitless. The trade-off is the gradual learning curve. This is not an entry-level tool — It takes some time to learn how to get what you want out of it.
Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization is doing a lot of great work with GenAI and ML Model development which is something very special in a CDP offering. It also does marketing automation and A/b testing which lot of vendors have their own instead of having all …
The combination of af Marketing Automation tool and a Customer Data Platform in one was a great reason for choosing Bloomreach instead of splitting these into separate systems.
Drupal is a highly expensive tool and is not offering anything extraordinary at a high price. If I keep its pricing in account then there should be some extraordinary features but unfortunately, there isn’t anything special about it; rather it was slow in its working. All these …
Evoq is a deeper and more flexible product than other CMS solutions we’ve used. When trying to match a client to the CMS they need, Evoq was always in the conversation.
DNN is an open source and is a primary choice for easy to use and use to build website for content management needs. DNN offers rich functionality utilizing core modules. Also, DNN offers an easy integration with third-party custom modules.
I have also used the Ektron CMS software platform before switching to DNN. It is a good product but it is much more costly than DNN and the product has a steeper learning curve and no where near the resources available like the community support and most importantly the …
DNN and WordPress share many similarities and can be used for the most part interchangeably when the goal is to create a simple hosted website. However, in other cases the requirements dictate a very clear choice. If your organization is invested in the Microsoft ecosystem in …
I have not used any other official .Net based CMS solutions other than DNN. I have used WordPress, which is a very good blogging application. But while they are making strides to be more of a CMS, I believe DNN is a better overall solution because of the ability to build custom …

Return Path is the most user-friendly and feature rich platform based on the alternatives that we have evaluated or used in the past.
Litmus does a great job of checking for specific things related to design or spam filtering, but the overall comprehensive approach that Everest (Return Path + 250ok) has by implementing seed listing, list validation, and pixel engagement offers a much stronger solution for …
As a long-term Return Path client, we haven't ever used any competitor products as we always felt that what we were using was best-available. So when 250ok and Return Path were combined, the best of both is visible within the new Everest umbrella product, Validity Everest …
We have used both and they're both excellent systems. 250ok has the edge with reporting and function but Return Path has a bit more data when it comes to Sender Score data. Either is a really good system and I'd recommend either for those looking for a toolset to help resolve …
ReturnPath is best in the industry for managing email deliverability. There are other adequate competitive options, but ReturnPath can offer a custom solution for your brands.
Return Path came with our Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation. We have not seriously looked at additional tools to complement or replace what we're getting through Return Path.
Like I said before, Return Path is really the budget bundle. You get a lot of service for how much you pay. Since I am currently at an early stage startup, we could not afford Litmus, so having Return Path is crucial. The partnership with SalesForce also allowed us to get it at …
After using Litmus for a few years, we enjoyed their feature set but were not pleased with price and feature changes. Email on Acid was a good choice for testing your email templates but didn't have enough features for email deliverability monitoring.
250ok provides much greater insight into email deliverability, compared to email marketing platforms. Typically, email marketing platforms only provide you the following: open rate, clickthrough rate, spam complaints, and bounces. 250ok actually shows you where you're landing …
Return Path and 250ok are meant to do same things but in slightly different ways. Both use seed lists but RP uses panel data while 250ok uses engagement data. RP offers certification and is more expensive while 250ok is more affordable.
Return Path was the first solution that we looked into based on the native integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. That was the biggest selling point for us. We didn't do a lot of research on other products but 250ok was one we did look at but ultimately liked Return Path …
When reviewing competitors to do the audit and to give us insight into our deliverability, Return Path seemed to have a more strategic sense of the issue and they were able to dive deep to get to the root cause, whereas some of the competitors where diagnosing on the phone …
I used to host and manage email internally. I moved this into the cloud with an ExactTarget email marketing hub to manage all of the email being sent. The plus for Return Path is that the white listing features offered are not offered by other vendors or not to the same degree …
We looked at 250ok and Pivotal Veracity. Each has their own perks. Return Path has the best inbox monitoring by far but is the most expensive and that isn't even close. 250ok has the best blacklist monitoring capabilities and was the best priced but the inbox monitoring wasn't …
They've just been a great partner to work with. They put forth 100% when bringing platforms to the merchant and were highly prepared and knowledgeable during the sales cycle and implementation, and remained very connected post-implementation to ensure client success with the platform. Their CEO is always eager to sit down, talk shop, and listen to clients' needs, and you can tell from his enthusiasm that he cares about making this company the best in class.
It is good for all sizes of firms from small to large. Everyone can use this tool to manage content and it has all the basic features needed. It is quite a flexible tool [which] is a positive point of this tool, and the mobile access is also amazing. What I don’t like about it is its tech support that should be made vigilant and there are not enough updates.
Every new or established brand should be using Everest. It doesn't matter what you're trying to say in your emails—if they're not reaching the inbox, no one is listening or reading. Everest gives you the insight you need to understand your inbox placement, reputation and so much more.
The product recommendations engine allows for us to create a personalised experience for every customer across the 3m emails we send each month. This ensure that our customers remain connected to our brand.
The customer data platform attached to Bloomreach Composable Personalization Cloud provides an all-in-one solution for our business intelligence needs. Allowing up-to-date purchasing, behaviour, and engagement reporting from our email to website activity.
The ability to integrate with Meta and other paid ad formats allows for us to create a connected omnichannel experience for users, ensuring we are providing the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right place.
Evoq is very extensible. As long as you can program in ASP.NET, you can customize it for any solution you may need.
It has great user controls and granular permissions for users allowing you to control access not whole sections of the site, individual pages, or even parts of a page.
Some of the modules you can purchase allow you to derive far more value than what you pay.
Inbox placement data using seed list: It tells you about your inbox placements, spam, missing, and complaints. Very useful data that tells you that you are on the road!
Sender score for all I.Ps: Tells you quickly about your I.P score, helps you work fast as you know everything is fine, saves a lot of time.
Online support: Support from specialist, have an expert to guide in tough times to suggest options or to support your action strategy.
A good tutorial on how to leverage it would be helpful. Navigating is easy, but there's a lot of information and it takes a while to understand what everything means.
The reporting feature is intimidating, creating anew one isn't as user-friendly as the rest of the interface.
I understand what seeds are, but for new users, a very basic tutorial on what they are and why they are used would be helpful. Right now you have to have a baseline understanding of them before using it.
So far, Hippo is our ideal tool given its use of open standards which helps us to have a clear overview of what's coming next in the future Hippo releases. We are very confident in the future-readiness of the product
Even though DNN is a good CMS, I have worked with other CMSs which are far more robust at this point, and would not be overly inclined to select DNN unless cost of the product is the most important factor along with staying on .NET. DNN is a whole package so unless the client has a requirement of including authentication, authorization for users, eCommerce, sticking to something simple is a better option.
Return Path helps us stay ahead of the curve and are a partner in helping us optimize our email program. They also keep us up-to-date on email laws and the changing ecosystem so that we are prepared and ready for changes, whether they're behavioral, legal or technology-driven. I definitely consider Return Path a necessary ingredient to sustaining a healthy email program.
In my time working with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, I always liked to work with it. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.
Evoq proved to be a solid backbone for our property-management portal, handling ≈300 active rental listings without performance hiccups. The page-builder made it straightforward to craft listing templates that surface photo galleries, floor-plan PDFs, and embedded map pins, while role-based workflows let leasing agents edit unit details (price, availability, pet policy) without touching global site settings—a big win for operational control.
For the management side, the platform’s extensibility let us plug in a third-party rent-payment widget and an automated maintenance-ticket form with minimal custom code. Evoq’s built-in analytics have already highlighted which neighborhoods and bedroom counts drive the most traffic, guiding our marketing spend.
Two caveats:
Search & filter logic – Out-of-the-box search was too shallow for renters who expect Zillow-style filtering. We had to commission a custom module for filter chips (price range, amenities, walk score), which added time and cost. Mobile image optimization – High-resolution gallery images affected load times on 4G; a CDN or Evoq’s Digital Asset Optimizer add-on is advisable.
Overall, Evoq delivers reliable content governance and enough flexibility to support both consumer-facing listings and back-office property-management workflows, provided you budget for advanced search customization and image delivery tuning.
The platform is generally reliable - major outages are rare and most day-to-day campaign operations run without interruption. Where it dips: occasional slowdowns in the analytics dashboard during peak loads, and sometimes scenario executions get delayed without clear explanation. The real-time event processing is mostly solids. Overall uptime is strong - it is not something that keeps me up at night, but it is not flawless either.
ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue
The project team consistently delivers excellent collaboration and is always available whenever assistance is needed. Their responsiveness and commitment make working together smooth and efficient. Bloomreach support, which is included for free in the platform, can also be quite useful, especially for quick clarifications. However, the quality and speed of their responses can sometimes vary, depending on the issue.
I don't see how it could get any better unless they moved their staff into our offices. You have available to you any type of Support you need or want, both paid and free from thousands of developers and consultants all over the world. You might even find some on Mars if you look hard enough. Also, with all of the available resources available from your Browser you can literally find the answer to any question you have in a matter of minutes.
Absolutely fantastic support. It runs circles around the competition. They regularly reach out and chat, even if it's just to see if there's any issues we need to discuss. They clearly want the business and don't forget you once you sign the contract which is an issue with other similar services.

I joined my company after the implementation was nearly complete. We used the Return Path tool as we slowly increased our send volume in Marketing Cloud to monitor IP reputation and inbox placement.
Bloomreach is the first true CDP that integrates all customer data that I have used, but previously I have used other CRM/email marketing tools as outlined above. We chose Bloomreach because of its ability to work with so much complex offline data, and the ability to create personalised scenarios based on very specific business needs. This is something none of the other tools could do nearly as well as Bloomreach.
DNN and WordPress share many similarities and can be used for the most part interchangeably when the goal is to create a simple hosted website. However, in other cases the requirements dictate a very clear choice. If your organization is invested in the Microsoft ecosystem in terms of software and employee expertise then DNN is a superior choice. However if you will be relying on contractors for installation, development, and maintenance then WordPress' popularity means you will have more options.
Like I said before, Return Path is really the budget bundle. You get a lot of service for how much you pay. Since I am currently at an early stage startup, we could not afford Litmus, so having Return Path is crucial. The partnership with Salesforce also allowed us to get it at pretty low cost.
there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.

DNN allowed to easily implement complex security access
Return Path has helped me enable better email delivery for our global partners e.g. some of our applications that send email to consumers in Australia or Europe.
Some of the functions that we utilized with Return Path were proving to be costly based on what the business needs were for us. That is why we cut back on some of the services we utilized.
