Plans scale to provide additional validations. A discount of ZeroBounce ONE is available for annual billing. Enterprise customers who need to validate more than 1,000,000 email addresses per month should contact the ZeroBounce sales team for a customized quote.
Our client was already using BriteVerify and we felt strongly that this gave us another layer of verification to cross-check against hard bounces/spam. Our client was adamant about receiving a list with 100% accuracy so there would be no chance of spam/greylisting e-mails that …
BriteVerify does a great job preventing disposable and junk leads from coming into Salesforce which saves sales reps time. I like the fact that you can see on the layout if an email is good or not. I don't believe this is a downfall on BriteVerify but I wish Accept All emails would still return valid or not valid so you could see if someone is still with the company or not.
The scenario we most commonly use Hunter for is to quickly find and retrieve contact email information. Phone numbers are an added bonus, but they tend to only be available for contacts in the US. SDRs have the extension in order to confirm or to help them "guess" as to what a contact's email address might be. This speeds up our prospecting time considerably. Where Hunter falls short is not being flexible where companies have more than one email format.
ZeroBounce is ideal for maintaining and improving your email deliverability. It's great for accurately processing large lists that contain many domains (not just the big box ISPs) and rooting out complainers. These results have the potential to reduce bounces before they happen, and keep your domain/IP reputation in good standing. ZeroBounce while exceeding expectations in email list cleaning, I would not recommend purchasing an email list, running it through their system and expect to be inboxing right out of the gate. Your deliverability is only as good as your list quality no matter how "clean" you think your list is.
Bulk List validation up to 25 IDs per action is useful in some situations, as we don't want to create a CSV file every time, and for this smaller number.
We sometimes use the email Finder option when we can't find an email for a person on any other platform.
Occasionally, we'll need to test like 1 or 2 records and instead of importing a list of 2 records, it would be nice to have a landing page to enter 1 address and run it to get on-screen messaging on results.
It would be nice to see ECOA (email change of address) data on the report too for invalid email addresses.
Hunter is only as valuable as the information it is able to scrape from the internet. If a company has not listed any email addresses online, then Hunter is not going to be able to find it.
Sometimes Hunter is only able to identify non-personal-specific email addresses (ex: info @, support@, etc.). This makes it difficult to identify personnel emails
Sometimes companies will have different email domains that Hunter is not able to correlate. For example, when searching for an email address at Lead.com, Hunter is not able to point to ParentCompany.com email addresses that would be more useful.
Navigating among bulk validation, CSV upload, and single-ID validation is hard, and sometimes finding them or switching between them can be made more user-friendly.
Results: After bulk validation, we receive the results in a Zip file, which is useful sometimes but not every time, as we have to un-zip, and there will be a different CSV file for each result. The final results can be made simple, like email ID in column A, results (valid or Invalid) in column B.
I think the features are good, but it makes my brain hurt (and feel overtaxed) when I have to jump between searching by name and domain and then searching via a specific email to verify. I wish I could do all of that from one landing page, one über search bar.
ZeroBounce is very simple to use. The interface is very user friendly. We didn't have to undergo any training or watch any instructional videos when we first logged in. There are little pop ups to highlight different features and explain certain things, but overall it's just upload a .csv and wait for the results. It then combines the results into one clean PDF breakdown, but it also gives more in-depth feedback through separate Excel sheets.
Prompt response from the support team helped resolve an administrative matter. Only one such experience indicates to me that they are highly responsive to customer needs.
We have used ZeroBounce for about 18 months and it works flawlessly. We are able to get all of our questions/issues answered immediately. Felt very comfortable with the product immediately - used their web site which walked us through it and were able to get up and running within minutes. I really haven't had any issues that required support.
I've used a few in the past that weren't on the list to be mentioned in addition to NeverBounce. FreshAddress is a tool I use the 2nd most after BriteVerify. I have evaluated Webbula to and they have a unique offering.
Hunter is a good all in one solution, which hasnt always been the case as it used to be a daa only solution. However, other tools like lemlist as slightly more user friendly and make it so simple to build and launch multi-channel campaigns , and do this slightly better than Hunter.
We have used two companies: Bulk Checker Email and Validity.com. We stopped using Validity.com because it became too expensive for what it offers. Bulk Checker Email is very slow and often experiences accuracy issues and frequent outages, especially with some mailbox providers such as Hotmail. However bulk checker email have blacklist that I'm talking about in previous question.
It has provided a very good return on investment when it comes to improvements in email deliverability and limiting spam complaints.
It has allowed us to meet our objectives by removing contacts who are invalid and suspicious contacts (i.e. signed up for our service and provided a fake email address).
It has allowed us to improve our overall bounce rates and delivery rates across our bulk mail sending to prospective customers.
