Chorus.ai's transcription and call analysis were the best among the options we evaluated. We found the pricing to be reasonable for the product quality, and hence we went ahead with it.
Having used similar tools in the past, I found Chorus.ai to be most effective due to its accuracy. It's pretty accurate when it comes to transcripts, speaker ratio and search functionality. Overall it's a pretty solid tool for call reviews.
We evaluated wingman, Gong and chorus. Settled on Wingman because of their features and then being cost effective as well. I've used Gong before in an earlier organization but would vouch for Wingman over Gong primarily because Gong is very expensive. Wingman provides the best …
We evaluated Gong and Chorus and we felt that each competitor had feature parity, meaning each of the competitors didn't have wildly different offerings. When it came down to our needs at the time, we really just needed a tool to help with a share of voice and rep training. We …
I have used Gong and ExecVision, I would say that those are on opposite ends of the spectrum of offering a full suite of call recording, coaching, and AI. Wingman is much more comparable to Gong and was so easy to onboard, integrate, and get up and running for our team's needs. …
Wingman, from what we could tell, has very similar functionality to both of these tools but at a much lower price point. It's a newer startup coming out of YC, but so far, the user experience and customer support have been excellent. Any functionality that it's missing has not …
Wingman is a really close competitor to both Chorus and Gong. The fact that it is way cheaper should appeal to orgs that want to invest in this area for the first time. Features are more or less the same but Wingman could certainly make the UI more interactive and user-friendly.
We chose Wingman to start because they didn't have a seat minimum and they were more affordable. Once we started using the tool, I actually really enjoyed the UI and overview of each deal. Great integrations as well for what we need.
One scenario where Chorus by ZoomInfo is well suited is when our team is trying to identify patterns (common objections, frequent competitor mentions, concerns that clients raise). ZoomInfo offers trend analysis, market intelligence, and topic tracking that reveals patterns across conversations. This has allowed us to adapt and update our processes to address these patterns
In cases of brands that have been in the market for a long time but do not see any impact from new clients or consumers, HubSpot is ideal since it allows to keep the brand fresh in the mind of the audience. HubSpot additionally provides insight into what we're doing and allowed us to align the sales team with company goals. It also ensures that you receive updates from your computer. We can handle all programming requests that come into our team. One thing that HubSpot can improve on is not having a good centralized dashboard that allows for a full view of ALL data coming in. You can go to each piece, but not having them all attached to the board adds a bit of a challenge. It's not very complex to handle, but it would be easier to use if it had that feature.
Wingman would be well suited for any organisation with more than 5+ reps in their sales team. Recording all the demo calls will create a playbook which will help the reps learn from each other and also to ramp up new reps with how to conduct the demo and discovery calls
Easy to figure out. Once you login, it's incredibly easy to figure out what to do, thanks to their simple UIX.
Easy integrations with many partners. PieSync offers easy integrations with many partners. Integrating is as easy as clicking, filling in your login information and clicking again!
Allowing multiple integrations. I'm glad PieSync allows multiple integrations so you aren't limited with how you integrate your different systems with contact information. Very helpful!
Sometimes there were issues with the 3-minute delay for Chorus joining a live meeting.
Occasionally, deliverables were assigned to the wrong person in the summary if their voices were similar or if they were on the same audio.
Occasionally, the Chorus had problems picking up on what someone was saying. This was likely due to user error but caused gaps in the conversation recording and transcript.
The biggest issue we have had with PieSync is the lack of detail within syncing. Sometimes when there is an issue with a Sync it is hard to determine what went wrong. Even though most of the time it's user error, it's hard to diagnose issues with the current PieSync set-up.
The pricing of PieSync is a little odd and I think should be based on something other than number of contacts you're syncing.
It's hard for me to give anything more than a 5 at this point. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term
This was sold internally as something that would help us be more efficient. I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.
Super user friendly tool! There are some features that I think might be improved over time, like navigation assistance or tutorials, and quick tips, like how to ensure calls always get recorded, how to add Wingman to calls last-minute, or how to use their playlist feature Game Tapes, but those are nice to haves, not need to haves.
I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.
Every time that I've had a question, PieSync has been very responsive. It is a reliable company with a great team that is devoted to helping their customers. I've been their customer for 2 years and I've never looked back. Support is an important reason why PieSync is my go-to app for this job.
Like I noted in the other category, it has been smooth for the most part. But we really do enjoy the hard work of our CSM and everything he has been able to provide us in terms of support.
We looked at Gong but went with Chorus by ZoomInfo because it felt more practical for our team. Gong has great analytics, but Chorus by ZoomInfo fit better into our existing tech stack and budget. The deal notifications, scorecards, and integrations with Zoom and Salesforce made it the smarter pick. Overall, Chorus by ZoomInfo gives us the insights we need without feeling like overkill or another heavy lift.
PieSync is much less confusing, and from what I remember, cheaper. But if you need a more robust solution to get more data from system to system, you will need to find something other than PieSync. Zapier can be confusing and complicated to setup. And as you get more and more into the weeds with Zapier, you start realizing that you need to upgrade from plan to plan as you add these more complicated steps.
Gong is expensive but it has a lot better AI/Intelligence feature compared to Wingman. Wingman definitely does the job, is cheap, and also support is pretty amazing and I personally like Shruti a lot in terms of what she is doing in this space. Also, Wingman is in an Indian company.
