Webex Webinars
Chose Webex Webinars
Webex Webinars video and audio quality is outstanding. Webex Webinars has the capability to host a large number of audience at once.
Chose Webex Webinars
I think Webex is comparable to Zoom in features and quality. We chose it because we use the whole suite of Webex tools.
Chose Webex Webinars
Compared to other big-name video conferencing software, Webex Webinars stands out as it serves to cater to large events whereas the competition does not. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype to name a few, have all garnered much attention due to the need for virtual meetings but …
Chose Webex Webinars
One of the main reason we chose Webex Webinar was because trainers like the in-webinar/training emoticons that stick next to a user's name on the participant panel. Other products just have the emoji's that pop up, but you can't easily tell who posted them. Those are important …
Chose Webex Webinars
Webex Events is my choice to make events because it can afford more participants without losing audio and video quality. Webex Events is more professional, and with it, we can make high-level events like a Digital Summit. The users can use it without the need [for an] …
Chose Webex Webinars
Compared to Zoom, we prefer Cisco Webex Events for a number of reasons. Namely, for the sake of streamlining alongside other Cisco products that are heavily relied upon throughout the firm. While Zoom is very popular, Cisco Webex Events was preferred for security purposes, as …
Chose Webex Webinars
We have now started using Zoom as it is relatively cheaper and also people are now more used to it as for small group meetings, this is preferred tool in our company.

License to host Cisco Webex Events is limited to only HR department or senior executives in our company, hence …
Chose Webex Webinars
Cisco Webex Events never adapted or innovated so that's why I switched us to Zoom. The price difference, customer service, and functionality are like night and day. The cloud recording and registration options are so much easier and intuitive compared to Cisco Webex Events. …
Chose Webex Webinars
Webex Events is significantly more expensive than Skype or Zoom for an enterprise license, so our nonprofit is currently only using Webex Events for webinars with external stakeholders or trainees. Skype is more integrated with the Microsoft suite of tools we use, but it …
Chose Webex Webinars
WebEx seems to be the first platform and most widely used. Supported by a quality brand (Cisco) known for its video conference and teleconference technology, WebEx continues to be a consistent, reliable, platform that has outlasted the others.
Zoom Workplace
Chose Zoom Workplace
Zoom is more equally stacked with Microsoft Teams because Microsoft has been playing catch-up for the last few months. I think that overall I have less latency with Zoom than I do with Teams, but other than that, I don't see much difference between the two anymore.

Zoom is much …
Chose Zoom Workplace
I would recommend Zoom due to the ease of use, excellent support, and willingness to work with other companies to offer multiple solutions to its customers.
Chose Zoom Workplace
Zoom is on the higher end of the products listed. The scalability and adaptability of a Zoom Room is only fairly comparable to BlueJeans. Some of our colleagues do use BlueJeans and many use Zoom. Zoom is the preferred platform for our main tenant mainly because the parent …
Chose Zoom Workplace
I'd say WebEx is on par with Zoom with the parity between them on pricing being the only real factor.
Chose Zoom Workplace
I would place Zoom at the top of the list. It is the easiest to use with the fullest function set alongside of WebEx in terms of functionality. Zoom seems to be among the best business web meeting options currently available, and the tool continues to get better on a …
Chose Zoom Workplace
Better audio and video quality. Tolerant to low bandwidth consumes fewer computer resources than other solutions. Computer audio connection is a better capability to connect on the go. iPhone and Android app local and cloud recording are the best you can do, you can use Skype, …
Chose Zoom Workplace
  • Hangouts only works if the other person has a Hangouts account
  • Skype seems to work more poorly than it did in 1999. Normally works but is frustrating
  • WebEx was OK

Having a virtual or online meeting or training that needs multiple attendees, I would recommend using GoTo Training. Was able to see multiple cameras and have multiple people on a training at once. The best feature was able to record trainings and be able to watch them at a later time.

I'd say mainly well suited for larger audiences. I think there's probably some products that are a little more economical for smaller audiences, but if you need a solid, reliable platform for larger audiences, say more than a hundred people. So this is the best product for that or at least top two.

  • Cisco Webex Events is very straightforward and easy to use. Setting up an event within the platform is quite simple - anyone can do it.
  • Webex Events is a great add-on feature to the Webex conferencing platform to allow a one-way broadcast of information, rather than worrying about attendees being able to interrupt the presentation.
  • Recording a session is fairly simple and accessing the recordings post-event is quite reliable. I believe you can also upload .mp4 files into the Webex Events platform to serve as a host.

Cons

  • Would love the ability to schedule training directly into Microsoft Office.
  • Some users found if you use different browsers, it affected the functions of the program.

  • There always seems to be room for video quality improvement (not a necessity, but would be nice)
  • Mobile screensharing from iOS/Android (and other mobile) devices would be a great feature
  • The mobile app should be able to track meetings a user has been invited to, but does not do so (yet)

  • I don't think there is any malfunction in their solution; it's extremely convenient to use, be it creating a meeting invite, adding people, sending any extra stuff to them. It's quick, and this is the only tool that works seamlessly even on Androids.

Webex Webinars continues to provide exceptional value as a community engagement and professional education platform. Overall a great product!

We're sticking with Zoom for the foreseeable future--given its compelling feature set, ease of use, and advanced technology, there's just no other competition to be excited about. Plus it's a Gartner-recognized industry leader, so it's a rather easy choice.

My experience with this software is fantastic; it's so satisfying that it only took me a week to go through an internal training program to use this software, actually, I don't think this training program was necessary. You can turn around WebEx Attendance reports within 24 hours. Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports - Access Anywhere. Select the beginning and ending dates for the report. Report data is available only for sessions conducted up to three months before the current date depending on your administration set-up. From the Sort results by drop-down list, select the sort order criteria for the report. After hosting a WebEx Webinar, you have the ability to create a report of all of the participants and the times that they entered and left the meeting. Reports cannot track emoji's or reactions. Best practice for Q&A and tracking you can integrate SLIDO. You cannot save individual polling results. Also the polling report does not include who asked and answered the questions. This limitation does not apply to SLIDO. Closed captions and transcriptions are only saved if the Webinar is recorded. If you face problems during a webinar, you can hit then button which creates and send a report to Cisco who will then look into the problems to avoid future occurrences

Zoom has among the best performance of any video conference platform, as I've mentioned several times. Besides that, their Chat platform works great, and their back end always runs smooth. It's unfortunate that reporting can now only be done by one month at a time, but nonetheless, it only takes a second to run any kind of Zoom report, whether it's an attendee report, Poll results, a user report, a list of meetings from the past month, etc.

I love the control that this product gives to those running the meetings. It allows you to assign presenter roles to people and everyone else that is an attendee can be totally controlled, like whether they can unmute, use video or just sit there and watch. It really gives control of the meeting to those who are running it. And we love that ability for those meetings that we are trying to make sure people are listening in on instead of trying to participate.

Because I got a response right away, and was assigned one specific individual to work with me from the beginning to the resolution. Teams do not stack up to Zoom at all. My clients use Teamas because it is a corporate policy, and they use it most of the time between employees of the same company. It makes sense for this, NOT for me. Every time a Teams meeting is launched, since I am not part of this company, the meeting is laborious, the interface is not as nice as Zoom's, sharing documents is more difficult, etc., etc. Zoom is superior to Teams in every way!!!

The billing and price model is really fair for so many functions that they offer, our remote work requires each of the features that Zoom offers, so accepting payment for a tool like this is the least we can do. The scalability is based on each company's requirements and usage. Because the Basic licenses are completely free, and because it's very easy to configure and install Zoom, and because anyone can join Zoom from a link without needing an account, scaling is a Breeze. • We are still early in our adoption of Zoom Workplace for business, so we don't really have any data to show cost savings.
  • The ability to take a call summary or meeting summary and add it to our practice management system have been remarkable. It's a quick copy/paste and it's in the system. Prior to this, we would have to scan in notes and save them into the system, if it even got that far. Mostly, attorneys would be searching through legal pads for the notes of a previous meeting or phone call.
