Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom for almost all of our meetings that used to all be in person. Just the staff time savings alone has made it possible for our employees to maximize the use of their time instead of driving from meeting to meeting in the community. Getting rid of the commute has given everyone back their balance in life and has made for much happier people who get more done because of Zoom.
  • Editing, trimming and downloading recordings is simple
  • Popping out the chat, and screensharing just keep getting better.
  • registration, reporting, transcript searchability - all very user friendly
  • AI Companion and Summary are game changers!!
  • You can't see participants when screensharing
  • Anyone with the link should be able to start the meeting (like Teams)
  • Copy Summary into a downloadable Word document.
  • No commuting to meetings = better life balance
  • Recordings for future training purposes & libraries
  • Archiving
I think the breakout rooms and surveys are better quality, and the recordings - PARTICULARLY with Summary and Companion added in - make the best record keeping in the business.

I think Zoom runs circles around Teams! I just wish starting meetings was easier - anyone with a link should be able to start the meeting the way you can in Teams. It would also be great to be able to see participants when you are sharing your screen.

Zoom Support

Because I got a response right away, and was assigned one specific individual to work with me from the beginning to the resolution. I had an actual email address and direct contact with this person without having to start over and over every time I contacted Zoom - this singular individual remained attentive and was well informed on the subject matter and quite able to resolve my needs.

I'm not sure that I purchased premium support, but I certainly got premium support every time I needed to reach out to Zoom support! When I took over the management of Zoom for our organization, I needed to make some changes, and was needlessly concerned about reaching a live person to help me through the process. I got a response right away, and the changes were implemented in a very timely manner.
