Webex Webinars is an amazing technology - simple & easy to connect and host business meetings, training, product demos, Town Halls, and celebrate accomplishments, and much more... All you need is to keep up with technology and then you are good to go

Pros

  • Cost effective
  • you can keep it engaging & interesting with different type of activities
  • save on flights, hotel & transportation
  • Budget control and once clients used to technology you can be in touch more often
  • Introduce new products, promos or announcements and be in touch more often
  • Better analytical data, behaviours and can understand customer patterns and trends
  • Get sponsors & showcase their products which will help to reduce your cost on technology

  • Some features like playing music could be challenging
  • Q&A and interacting with customers
  • Keeping customers engaged and not multi tasking is a challenge
  • High attendance could be challenging and need to have concise and engaging speakers
  • Very positive feedback especially during the pandemic when everything came to a standstill. Webinars were the way to go to continue with the business objectives.

Webex Webinars is far superior than Teams. Teams is best suited for smaller Internal audience and if mid size and large would recommend Webex Webinars. Webex has. more features, analytics and reporting features that are good. Teams on the other hand is good for internal and smaller meetings. Webex has more security controls and can prevent hackers, crashes or frauds. Webex also updates its features and introduces new ones as it evolves to suit the market requirements based on feedback from its clients. Good overall customer support from CISCO. Also provides, training and working within the WebEx community to obtain better functionalities and achieve better results.

Webex Webinars are best suited for meetings, training, Town Halls, Announcements, celebrations, Fireside chats, and much more. Content is King and keeping it brief & concise. Hire engaging speakers with Media personality who knows how to keep a virtual audience engaged. You can offer incentives or have promotional offers and showcase agendas in invitations and reminders help to attract more attendance. Always break the monotony by hosting regular polls, games, quiz and offer some great prizes and incentives. Virtual is best suited for short and concise content as people are zoomed out with long conferences with little attention span.

Webex Webinars are available 24/7 and is based on your license purchase and usage. Webex Webinars needs maximum bandwidth consumption for sending and receiving videos and listed below are some examples. High-Definition Video: 2.5 Mbps (Receive) and 3.0 Mbps (Send)·
High Quality Video: 1.0 Mbps (Receive) and 1.5 Mbps (Send)·

Webex Webinars makes it easy to analyze attendance statistics, send participants to a post-webinar landing page, and integrate data into CRMs and marketing automation.
You can turn around WebEx Attendance reports within 24 hours. Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports - Access Anywhere. Select the beginning and ending dates for the report. Report data is available only for sessions conducted up to three months before the current date depending on your administration set-up. From the Sort results by drop-down list, select the sort order criteria for the report.

After hosting a WebEx Webinar, you have the ability to create a report of all of the participants and the times that they entered and left the meeting.
