Sprinklr is far superior for user engagement. However, as far as I know, it does not have post scheduling or maintenance. I would recommend Hootsuite over Khoros and Social Studio.
We selected Hootsuite due to the pricing and past experience of ease of use in the tool. We knew they could deliver an easy-to-use tool to achieve what we needed. We have a growing social media marketing team, and Hootsuite is able to make the best use of its time, allowing for …
Comparably, Sprout would be similar from a cost point but its interface is much smoother. Falcion.io is also similar, however, they have poor customer support.
Content Production & Community Management Specialist
Chose Hootsuite
I only evaluated these products during our purchasing process, and therefore do not have hands-on experience with the products. Hootsuite is more powerful, comprehensive, and complete than Oktopost, as the add-on tools (depending on the bundles chosen) are easily integrated …
Hootsuite was a better tool than Spredfast and less cumbersome, however, the missed posts did require more staffing and revenue that could have been saved if the tool was able to deliver all posts across all platforms. The design is user-friendly and easy to ready and provides …
I find Hootsuite better for teams to manage social media posts. It's easy for multi-channel and has link shortening within the software and makes basic reporting and analytics easy to comprehend.
Hootsuite is much more robust in terms of reporting on message data. The ability to metatag individual posts and report on custom fields was vital to our measurement strategy.
We were not a fan of Hootsuite. In the beginning it was alright but we noticed very quickly how much slower it was than Sprinklr Modern Sales & Engagement and how much more we had to contact support. Their pulling streams would act up quite regularly, as would the responding to …
I have used Spark Central in the past, but when compared with Sprinklr [Modern Sales & Engagement], it should be more developed and match the expectations of the end users of the tool. I have seen Sprinklr doing a great job when compared to Spark Central as soon as my …
Sprinklr is a lot more compatible across multiple platforms and reporting is significantly more streamlined. This helps prevent agent overlap and the ability to add approved responses within the tool saves time and revenue. The ability to create listening queues is very helpful …
We like the interface and the options to add additional modules to Sprinklr. We are happy with the product and will continue to use it. Out of all the social CMS options out there, it truly is best in class. If budget allows one day, we would love to layer on Social Listening.
Sprinklr is a far superior tool that has more breadth and more tools under a unified platform. The listening, reporting, account management, advertising, content management was a lot more developed than the other companies we vetted. I spent weeks talking with various companies …
At the time, Sprinklr was cutting edge, plus Sprout gets pretty pricey the more accounts you need to update and doubly so, the more people you need to give access to.
We chose Sprinklr because after testing out the others we realized this was the most efficient platform for our team to use. We also really appreciate the reporting, it's extremely useful for our marketing team when reporting to clients weekly.
I prefer Sprinklr above other social media tools because it has the most features of anything I've worked with. This can be complicated and overwhelming, but our customer success team has helped ensure that we effectively use the tools available.
I have not found another product that is as vigorous to a brand's communication with consumers. It is imperative that brands meet customers where 'they' are, and communicate with them like people, not data. I will continue to use and recommend Sprinklr for it's holistic …
Prior to Sprinklr, we used a combination of of HootSuite and Radian 6. We eventually grew tired of using multiple platforms to achieve our goals. When we found Sprinklr we thought our prayers had been answered for an all-in-one tool. Sprinklr is on the forefront of social media …
Sprinklr is much better then all of the other platforms that I've used for enterprise/business social media. I use TweetDeck for my personal social media but that's just to tweet.
Each enterprise solution has benefits. Selecting the social media management tool should be based on your organization's needs. SpredFast and Sprinklr are for companies that have a large social presence and growing social team. They're both very robust and customizable …
Sprinklr is by far the best out of all social media management tools. For a larger organization that needs the ability to interact with a large audience, Sprinklr is excellent.
As a nonprofit organization, we use Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to share our purpose. Hootsuite allows us to schedule posts in advance, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Hootsuite’s content calendar is useful in planning and scheduling posts in advance, ensuring a steady flow of content without needing to post each day manually.
In my perspective, I would say Sprinklr Modern Sales & Engagement is best suited for teams and organizations who are more involved in automating social media activities, getting a great analytical report on activity engagement, and generating lists and bolds that helps determine the trends and events, etc. One of the best tools that one could use for clients with every information they would need.
Scheduling of content. The ease of use for Hootsuite's planner abilities is top of the industry. It is simple and effective in posting content to different channels and accounts.
Analytics are superior on Hootsuite. Their custom reports allow you to view very specific KPI's that you can adjust for each channel or account. The reports are also exportable to be used for others in the company.
Inbox management. The inbox manager is superior to any in the industry. Hootsuite allows you to tag certain phrases or keywords to better filter messages based on importance or topic.
Customization - Through Sprinklr's rules and robust custom field creation, you really can create a lot of customization for every facet of your business.
Listening - Their Listening Engine and Explorer are fantastic ways to proactively find engagement-friendly conversations, in addition competitively research your brand.
Care - Using their case formatting, messages and customer contacts can be routed and assigned easily to available reps, and their bot builder can help to automate your contacts without sacrificing a personal touch.
One thing that's frustrating is when trying to change the date/time and having to go into each individual post to update it is a lot. With other calendar tools, you are able to drag and drop the post in the time you want it OR there is a pop up that allows you to change the date/time without having to go into editing the actual post.
It would be nice to have different calendar tabs for different brands. Instead of seeing all the brands scheduled posts on one calendar.
There needs to be a content library to house all the creative files so it's easier to choose and upload.
Overall, Sprinklr rewards users to do a lot of digging on their own to get to the more in-depth functionalities. For instance, the asset manager feature leads you to a dashboard with all the content you ever published but doesn't tell you what to do next or how to organize it
Sprinklr offers basic social listening features, but it is much more limited than other pure social listening players like Crimson Hexagon or Brandwatch. It is perfectly usable for a quick search but I wouldn't recommend it as your sole social listening platform
At this time we are satisfied that Hootsuite offers the most of what we are looking for at the most reasonable price point. As the social media landscape and monitoring/scheduling software changes, so do our needs. We re-evaluate our tools semi-annually or as new tools emerge onto the market. If we find at any point that we aren't gaining an advantage, then we are open to switching products.
I really do feel that Sprinklr is the most complete enterprise social media program. It covers everything you would need to do to run a strategic social media program. On top of that, the success managers are really the best. Our success manager goes above and beyond for us and has been so helpful to us with setting up some very specific repots and profiles. Paul (our CSM) has been great about keeping us up to date on the latest features and functionality as well as helping us set up innovative dashboards as need
I love using Hootsuite and all of the benefits it provides. It has many strengths that help with social media posting and managing our accounts. However, I believe some of the weaknesses like limited paid ad management, analytics being a little basic compared to competitors, and not having access to all of the features (unless you pay for a Team and Enterprise account) played a role in my rating. Overall, Hootsuite is a great company.
It's simple to learn and easy to use. Compared to other social media monitoring tools like it, it has less of a learning curve than most. Between the filters, macros, tagging, and ability to like or reply to posts, it seems pretty comprehensive. At the very least, it accomplishes everything that my organization uses it for
Any outages are communicated in advance and have not been a problem. We let our clients know based on communications from HootSuite. Since we operate 24/7 with multiple shifts, planned outages can interfere with our operations, but we can always work around it.
Our account partners at Sprinklr are not only responsive to out needs, both domestically and internationally, but have consistently approached us with ideas on how to improve our communication and collaboration in a proactive manner.
Hootsuite makes passing on articles from the web very easy- when it works! I have had a number of gliches with Chrome where it does not open properly and the solution (after some toing and froing with support) was to uninstall and reinstall. The support staff are always very helpful (which is great!) but the gliches..... well, they suck when you are already busy!
Perfornace is not aan issue. The issues/bugs with this software are few and far between. And when one pops up the 24/7 support team is helpful, quick and informative.
I can manage all of my accounts on one site! It's absolutely amazing! The dashboard is helpful to see how you are doing as well. Still getting to understand the analytics and may need to reach out for help on this
Support is amazing. We have had to reach out [to] them only a few times in the past few years. Each time, they were back in touch with us within the hour or two, no matter the time. We've always had our issues addressed quickly and promptly corrected. They are a great team to work with.
I don't recall our training in detail. I know we met in person a few times, and did some over-the-phone product walk-throughs. It may have been somewhat informal -- I don't recall having any takeaways to refer to.
The online training is decent; however, it takes a lot more time to search for answers to my questions. Having a training session with a live person was much more effective as they were able to quickly address the business needs I have.
Through multiple webinars, easily accessible training documents, and ad-hoc sessions with my account manager I am never left in the dark when I have a question.
• Combination of vendor and internal. The vendor bumped up our account to the Enterprise version (quite simple and easy) and then set up our organization and team structure. We then had to log in and set up team members and assign members to social media accounts. This was pretty easy to do as they have a great user interface. We simply had to drag and drop people into the correct team giving them access to specific social media accounts.
The implementation personnel at Sprinklr are top-notch. They will work with you to make sure they setup Sprinklr in a way that best aligns with your structural needs
Hootsuite offers a wide range of tools at a somewhat steeper cost. If you manage multiple platforms and want to survey the content being shared and interacted with across all of them, Hootsuite seems to have an easier platform to do that with. HubSpot CRM allows us to integrate our social platforms into our existing CRM, which is a cost saver, but Hootsuite is social media-focused, so the set-up is easier.
As much as I get frustrated with Sprinklr, Sprinklr is a much cleaner platform than others I have used and I do obtain good data from the reports due to my custom filters, allowing me to pass along education onto product teams in regards to their specific lines.
We're a small marketing team in our company so having hootsuite is a life saver, I'm spending less time posting content as I can do my plan in advance and then schedule it out over the month/months so I can get back to helping the team with the other work we deal with.
Reports can be customized and exported easily in many different formats. I especially like the PowerPoint version of reports. It quickly and professionally creates a custom slideshow to show the metrics of the platforms and time periods you choose. This is a great way to keep your company's C-level executives informed on your team's progress and investing in your efforts. This is especially true for executives that do not personally use or understand the value of social media.
Brand reputation management is always a great investment. The dashboard alerts you in real-time when your brand or product is mentioned across any of the platforms and offers a quick and efficient way to respond. The Sprinklr customer experience cloud can be implemented across your entire organization, including CRM and email systems.
If you're not growing you're dying. That alone helps me with the ROI of using Sprinklr for my client's business objectives.
