Bandwidth is used by the whole organization for number ordering, toll-free services, call routing, etc. We moved to Bandwidth in a decision for cost savings as being a CLEC can be very costly when considering interconnection charges, trunk charges, etc.
  • Help/support documents (Learning Lab).
  • Constant webinars provided for process improvement.
  • Included in development calls to better the system.
  • Order automation.
  • Competitive pricing and discounts.
  • LNP rejection assistance.
  • Ticket response times when billing is involved.
If you are looking to provide phone service without taking on the cost of becoming a CLEC, Bandwidth is a very excellent option. Or scenarios where you need to establish service quickly, using them is a must. They are always open to negotiating costs to you if the proof is there for a discount as well.
  • Cost savings.
When I used it, it was Level 3 ELS but now they are owned by CenturyLink. Bandwidth has a better response time and is more cost-effective.
