They respond very quickly and have deep technical knowledge so they will always find a solution to your problem. They are based in Europe but are planning to open offices soon in the USA that will help with time-difference issues. If you are based in Europe, you will get an answer in 15 minutes.

Was looking for a tool which would keep an -automatic- history of edits. But they go well beyond this point and it's my new go-to audit tool.

They say in their chat they have a reaction time of some hours, but I always had a reaction within 10 minutes and also a very complete answer, they went the extra mile. It's just almost hard to believe they have a support level this high. It's not what we're used to anymore.

They are available to answer your questions through a convenient chat box module inside the app. In addition, they are very responsive over email and have many resources on their blog to improve your SEO practices. They also include resources to common set up scenarios so you can get to using ContentKing quickly.
