Outbound Engine has kept my professional social media sites hopping with fresh information and regular emails to my customer base regularly. They provide a wealth of timely and pertinent information as well as holiday greetings. They take the guesswork out of articles and uploads, freeing me to spend valuable time with clients and customers. Even my colleagues compliment the content.
  • Great articles related to the Real Estate industry and do-it-yourself tips too.
  • On-time holiday ecards.
  • Articles carefully targeted to my industry.
  • I do not like the use of drawings to attract new customers, and they have ignored my requests to eliminate that for my personal emails.
  • I do not like it when a competitor in my immediate market has the same posts. It cheapens the service or makes it appear that I am simply sharing another's post.
As I mentioned above, I love that the articles remind others of the value of referrals in my industry, but I do not like the use of "drawings" as a means of asking for loyalty from old clients who are already very likely to recommend me to others. Otherwise, I have no issues.

  • I can't pinpoint a return on my investment, nor do I specifically recall gaining a client through this service.
  • I do believe this advertising keeps me in the back of others' minds, especially those I work with, curious to know if there is possible profit to be gained.
  • I do like being in front of my sphere of influence on social media.
Some social media venues have been dropped from OE's services which are disappointing. The more exposure, the better, and some are selective about the platforms they read. Too bad another option or two when another is gone. I do regret that since I requested that the piece about drawings from my presence be excluded from my presence, it has continued to appear. That could be a deal breaker on continuing as I plan to downsize my business or work more with referral clients old clients share with me. I feel like it cheapens me or that I'm publically trying to buy customers beyond the presence I prefer to speak for me. I do wish it generated real buying and selling customers rather than those who just follow me and the info I provide and that more actually clicked on the offerings when provided. I do like all the information provided on these statistics. Interesting that those who are my "best followers" are other realtors who try to do it themselves.
I have not opted for others. However, I do add my own offerings and content making me realize just how easy and cost-effective this is to do in spite of the volume OE provides. I do like postings to attract others and not be the same as others in my community.

I need to use support more often. They have been invaluable with the appearance of my Facebook professional page. They know all sorts of tricks that I wouldn;t even pretend to know.
