- This is our first year so I am going to beg off on this one directly...
- I will say that even with all the growing pains we are learning a lot about ourselves and our work ethic.
- The insights we have already learned about how we work was probably worth the investment.

Planview Portfolios.
- The positive impact is the ability to manage our projects enterprise wide.
- Managing and reporting on projects and programs via portfolios makes it easy to identify troubled projects/programs that need immediate attention.
- The negative is that pushing too much change too quickly is hard for us. We need to get our users focused on the basics of PM before we can adopt everything else. We need to introduce change to different companies based on their maturity level. Too much change too quickly is not always beneficial. We need to focus on core competencies.

- Soft benefits such as increased visibility and transparency of the work being done.

Outrageous Fan of PV
- There is a love/hate relationship with end users. Those that took the time to understand what the tool offer and how to work the tool they love it. On the other hand, those that don't have the time to learn it find it very difficult and a complex tool. It does take time to understand how PV works and it is overwhelming to new users.
