We use Planview Portfolios to manage all of our IT projects. We leverage metrics to forecast capacity and needs and also how we are prioritizing these projects. Before using Planview Portfolios we managed our portfolios on several different platforms to cover all of our needs. Planview Portfolios is a one stop shop for managing resource, projects, financial aspect and tasks. We are incredibly pleased with how it has worked for us.

Planview Portfolios has been responsive to our needs and walked us through many different options. Our support team is pleased with the admin console and built in hierarchy.

At this time we did not purchase Premium Support as we wanted to get a feeling for what we would need. We do see value as we are growing the tool to possibly purchase premium support to help with the many customizations we would like to see put in place for our organization. But for OOB used we didn't see a need for premium support.
Working with the support team on an email notification issue. We had exhausted our resources as to why one particular user was not receiving notifications. On our end everything looked fine - we engaged support as we were out of ideas and within minutes they had looked at our issue, walked through the workflow, identified the issue and resolved it for us.
