Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp as our project management tool to deliver branding and web design/development projects. We primarily use ClickUp for task management, project timelines, resource planning, capacity management, leave management, process workflows, and reporting.
  • Task management.
  • Many ways to view task lists.
  • Integrates well with other tools.
  • Consistent releases of features and updates.
  • Time reporting is very limited.
  • Performance is inconsistent.
  • Can’t filter task lists by date of time entry.
  • Actions made don’t always show immediately and need to refresh the screen to see the intended action.
  • Save time on our quality assurance process.
  • Keep work more organized.
  • More clarity on work being done and progress on work.
I haven’t used it long enough to really say. A lot of our collaboration is in person or communicated on Slack. ClickUp allows us to see what others are working on quite easily and what everyone’s schedule looks like day to day.
I have been able to bring project management, time tracking, and scheduling into one tool. I have also been able to bring our QA workflow into ClickUp, where we were previously using multiple tools.
The number of features and versatility of ClickUp (and the rate new features are released), along with its extensive task management capabilities and ability to meet our scheduling needs ultimately won us over.

Well suited if you work in teams and want to stay aligned on what work is being done when it’s being done, and the status of the work. Not as well suited if very robust and easy reporting is needed.
