Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

We use Hubspot Sales Hub to keep our deals in an organized pipeline so we can report back on the current deals that the sales team is working on. It also ties in great with the rest of the Hubspot hubs that we have so we can have better centralized data on our customers.

Overall the usability is great but could have an even more simplified view for sales teams.
We chose HubSpot Sales Hub because of its overall ecosystem and we wanted a customer data platform that's all integrated into one centralized space. We really liked the custom fields and its user ratings and place in the magic quadrant. HubSpot Sales Hub has been a very good product for the past decade and keeps improving.

I think HubSpot Sales Hub is a great tool for simple sales teams and it is much more intuitive and customizable then other products out there but certainly there is room for improvement with the user interface. I love that you can customize the sales view but there are still some areas that could be removed that come out of the box with HubSpot Sales Hub.

Using HubSpot Sales Hub

6 - Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales Reps use the Sales Hub. Marketing team also has access to view the sales hub activity which is very useful. We also really like the view only access because it helps us upkeep our data integrity.
3 - The IT team mainly supports Sales Hub and we are hoping to engage with an outside team to help us bulletproof our current set up and increase our user adoption.

I think that there is always room for improvement and some of the sales members aren't active because it can seem intimidating at first and difficult to get used to a new platform.
