Overall Satisfaction with Kahoot!

We used Kahoot to have a knowledge check to our customers. It also gives fun and learning to us. The customer tends to get excited when they heard that there will be a Kahoot after the training. We also provide prizes to be more exciting. Sometimes, we get concerns about their internet connections.

Kahoot is easier to use, we are more familiar with Kahoot and how it is played. Easy to explain to clients the mechanics of the game. Kahoot is more popular to use when it comes to online games, learning check and fun for clients.

Kahoot is best during this time of the pandemic, we can give learning, knowledge check to our users, clients, and staff. A little competition to the end-user because they need to be on top 3 to be able to get a prize. They also need to be fast in clicking the best answer.
