We started using theKnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform just over 6 months ago, and we made the change because of the ease of use of the platform and the fact that everybody gets a different email for simulations. The fact that our employees receive different phishing simulations on different days was a big win for us. In the past they use to tell one another about the simulation.

We love the videos created by KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The series is lots of fun for users and it's fresh and interesting. We look forward to new episodes of the Inside man. Our employees don't complain about boring and repetitive training anymore. There is so much content to choose from in various languages, it's great for global organizations like ours
As administrators we make the necessary changes, but for the most part the system does most of it seeing it's synched up with our active directory. Once the initial setup it's almost like having the platform on cruise control. We have simulations that launch each month. Everybody gets something different and on a different day. Wow is all I have to say. Whenever we have questions our vendor manager is quick to get us an answer.
Phish score was a good place to start with us. We had used training platforms for 10 years with little success. The unique way the phishing platform works really did shed some light on how vulnerable we really were. This is where the work started and the training modules were launched. We use the information within the campaigns to reinforce some of the lessons we learned in our office. I am confident that we are in a much better position now than we used to me.

It's great. Once we set it up, new employees are created in the platform and modules launched, and the best part as an admin is that I do not have to do a single thing. This is the way to go. Gone are the days of manually adding new employees or uploading lists. Same thing for employees that leave or go on leave. The fact that it recognizes our fields allows me to easily run reports for each of our regional offices.
I have confidence the platform is sending our repeat clickers additional and focused training to ensure all our employees are ready. The fact that I can run different campaigns for different groups all at the same time was also a game changer for us. Executives need different training than most employees seeing their have a higher risk of being targeted. Content geared towards this specific group is great and doesn't make adults feel like they are listening to something childish.
We do use PhishER to see what our employees are reporting, and it's great to see that so many of them are now reporting these. We now get employees asking us if we saw what they submitted. This is a big change in behavior for our organization. Employees now care about the potential phishing emails they get. They are taking steps to ensure our company emails are kept safe by taking themselves off distro lists they no longer use.

Not yet. Not sure what this is quite frankly. We get support no matter what, and we do not have to pay for it. Not sure what is meant by premium support or what that would take. We often have technical questions that go beyond what our account manager can help with, and she simply schedules a call with the right people to get us the answers we need.
We received a request to set up Board of Governor training. Seeing their role is quite different than those in the organization we wanted to ensure we were not wasting their time. These are busy people with very big jobs. When we need to get training out to a group like that, you only get one chance to demonstrate and sing the praises of your platform. We were quickly aided by our account manager and our board was pleased with the program and the content and how it launched.
