Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Our Paycom system is customized and tailored to meet our needs. It is a fully integrated system for our employees and management team. We use Paycom for our employee payroll, open enrollment benefits, direct deposit account information, payroll cycles and more. This system works effectively for our HR department and Fiscal department.

Pros

Cons

  • Request time off with additional intervals for vacation/sick within the same day.

ADP is not user friendly unless you are familiar with the system. Our employees experienced issues with locating things because there are too many options for the user toolbar. ADP is very standardized unlike Paycom's customized/tailored system. We need a completely flexible system to be modified as needed to meet our expectation.

I am rating a 10 for Paycom because it is truly an all-in-one system. We have previously used another system called ADP, but it is not as well suited and customized as Paycom. Paycom allows more flexibility and user friendly interface for our employees, especially the mobile app. We love the integration between HR and payroll as well.
