Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I like Teamviewer and it works well, but it is expensive compared to others, in my opinion. To keep this short, don’t use it!! Unless you want to get nailed for an extra $600 even if you try to cancel it before the renewal. I called about three weeks before the renewal and they told me I had to send it in writing? Ok, I did, then they told me I had to cancel my renewal over a month before in order to cancel the renewal and they were going to bill me another year in advance. What!! The is SAAS, not a lease! They have some nerve-ripping off people. Does anyone else have this coming issue? Let’s talk about starting a class action lawsuit.

  • Does not wake up computer remotely
  • They could have canceled my account when asked, I called three week ahead.
  • Let people cancel renewal online, why do I need to call?
  • Let users edit license online
  • Negative impact since they are charging me a year in advance. When I tried to cancel three weeks before my annual renewal.
  • I will never do business with this dishonest company again

Not happy with their unethical billing
It works well, but it is expensive compared to others and they will try to charge you another year in advance when you try to cancel. Good luck

TeamViewer Security and Support

Their support was good. Except when you try to cancel your renewal of you account or downgrade.
No security features that I know of. I use sonic wall.
I would not buy Teamviewer again. In fact I want to cancel it. I called three week before the renewal, but they decided to hate me an other year! And said I needed to cancel by email over a month before. Not happy. Don’t bother with them there are now less expensive options

Using TeamViewer

I remote in the help users and make updates. Also to keep the VPN running.
but I found other software for $10 month vs $50 month for Teamviewer.

They are going overcharging. I tried to downgrade the license three week before the renewal. They said no and charged me another full year and would not cancel. How’s that for saving money? Don’t use them, there are plenty of other honest companies.
