Please contact ADP for a product demo and ask about a hands-on "test drive" of Workforce Now.
In the past I have not used systems that had all 3 products. I've only used Payroll systems, such as Paychex, QuickBooks, homegrown systems in the healthcare industry (MDI) and ADP (prior to Workforce Now). I briefly worked on the implementation of Accero with another company, …
Company was already using ADP when I started. I have used ADP in most of my career so I am familiar with it and I like what they offer. I do believe that if you are smaller company there are other products you should explore to see which better fits your needs.
We used Abra prior to implementing ADP and these two systems are very different. ADP is cloud-based, so it can be accessed from anywhere there is an internet connection. This has provided the team with more flexibility to work form home and be productive. The system is also …
ADP does the full processing which is why we switched to them. They are good at what they do so it made sense to let the experts do the processing and reporting.
We have used ADP Workforce Now the entire time I have worked here. In 2014 we contracted with Cornerstone for our performance management. To use Cornerstone's product this year, would have been $10,000 per year. By switching to ADP's performance, we saved that money. The kinks …
Previously we were with Paylocity. They did not have near the capability that ADP has (i.e. self-service, benefits, talent). The platform we had was just HRIS and payroll and it was not user friendly or easy to navigate.
Paycom really falls down on reporting. Paycom is a good system if you have a few employees and are doing a simple payroll. There is not a lot of functionality and making system changes is a very difficult process.
Paychex is pretty cool. It is equivalent to Workforce Now. There …
Competitive pricing is on the top of the list. True ease of using the system. Customer service is always willing to help and if they can't, they will escalate an issue for you immediately.
When making the choice to pursue WFN, I courted four companies. All had bells and whistles comparable to WFN, some even had sexier features, but none had the same business longevity as ADP. I entered this agreement hesitantly due to ADP's customer service reputation, but …
ADP Workforce v12 is leaps beyond the original v2 we replaced with another provider about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, that provider could not offer us the quality and service we required. We moved back to ADP and v12 about 6 months ago and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. …
Our company used ADP PC for Windows before and we were transferred to ADP Workforce Now by the payroll company; we didn't choose it. In some aspects we liked more the ADP PC program, it was easier to implement changes and introduce payroll data. But we like the real time …
Microsoft Dynamics SL is the latest payroll system I used, and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! We moved our companies out of SL into ADP in Sept of 2013, and the stress level dropped by 100 points! Microsoft SL is very inflexible and unforgiving, so not good for payroll at all. …
I have used UltiPro as an HRIS and I feel that it beats ADP Workforce Now hands down. Customer service, workflows and flow of information is much better in UltiPro compared to ADP Workforce Now. I feel that ADP Workforce Now is also a lot less user friendly and can be …
Cloud applications are so much nicer to work with than the customized PeopleSoft application that I used at a previous employer, PeopleSoft required that we maintain a team of developers to support the product and with ADP we don't need a development team to support it. (So it …
ADP Workforce Now is NOT ADP's most impressive product (previous versions like ADP Enterprise were far superior) but ADP in general is my preference. Systems I have used:
Ceridian- The Payroll Tax function/reporting/filing/amendment process was not as strong as ADP. HR was an …
Jobvite is way more difficult to implement, costs 4 times as much, and is a bit clunky to use. I've implemented Jobvite twice and will always use JazzHR going forward.
I only used one other applicant tracking system in the past and it was My Staffing Pro. I didn't like the way this was used at my last company and it was not as customizable as JazzHR, but this was years ago.
JazzHR is still the most simple for the user out of all 3 other products I have used. Lawson is a dinosaur and expensive. ADP has very minimal features and setup is not user friendly or easily customizable. Paycom is simple but lacks a lot of integration with other systems.
