I have only used one call tracking platform at the level I am now which is CallTrackingMetrics. I have however, evaluated other call tracking platforms such as Invoca and CallRail. Invoca we quickly stopped demoing as we got into cost as the platform was more expensive that …
Apollo.io played big role for us in saving $$$ by bringing data mining, AI Email Writing and acting as CRM altogether...for small to medium organization they can surely rely on Apollo.io...and it is doing things mostly right with some room for improvement for sure. Sales and Marketing team saves time in getting their emails drafted based on prompts, list of contacts they can fetch in minutes of time, earlier we used to have seperate tool just to mine data, then we used to upload the CSV file to email marketing tool, then we used to draft email...for all these process we were using three different tools - Apollo.io brought everything under one umbrella.
[CallTrackingMetrics] is well suited for HIPAA Compliant Call Tracking when working with medical clients and is great for all clients who do online sales or patient intake. Clients with low volume of calls may not get enough value for the cost of this platform.
Management of campaigns is easy with it. It is a great tool if someone [wants to know] which of his campaigns is doing well and getting the most calls. It is quite favorable for all kinds of marketing campaigns and tracking calls is also convenient with Invoca. We are having a wonderful experience of call tracking with Invoca and its functioning and efficiency are beyond our expectations.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
Very easy to set up and use. You can create as many tracking numbers and sources as you need. Easily organize and filter them for results and placing the code is so simple. Anyone can use this software.
Listening to the calls makes life simple. We can hear what the potential lead said and record feedback to better our marketing efforts. You can even flag or email the call recordings if you need to share inside or outside your organization.
Call reporting is a breeze! You can easily filter your sources, call duration, time and more and reports are extremely accurate.
Cost is well worth what you get from the software.
From an accounting perspective, Invoca makes it easy for us to determine where our call revenue is coming from and what call type generated the paid call.
Their dashboard is very user-friendly. I like how you can see everything from the top level and see total call volume, commission paid, and conversion rate. But you can easily drill down into each campaign level too.
Lastly, you can easily create call campaigns and create individual phone numbers. I especially like how we're able to create a ring pool that allows us to track exactly where the call is coming from, and it's not difficult to setup.
There are certain features about prospecting that require updates. For example, if people switch organisations, it should be automatically requesting the new email or new contact data for a particular contact in order to be updated in the system
The lead databases that are created if their new addition should automatically be updated in the list that I created with Apollo.io
Apollo.io does provide campaign setup help and made my SDRs team's life easier, with the use of lead enrichment, lead distribution, I can manage my team from a single dashboard. It also comes with CRM that helps me navigate the progress on leads and what my SDRs progress.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
Invoca's client success team is great to work with, which is a nice value proposition for their business (many SaaS providers struggle with this). Their support team is very talented and fully capable of addressing the vast majority of questions that they receive. I haven't encountered any negative experiences when requesting assistance.
All of these platforms are good and offer valuable tools, but where Apollo.io is different is how this one platform does the job of several different ones. It is nice not having to use multiple platforms to get things done and makes integration and analytics issues occur less often. It is user friendly and constantly working to improve.
CallTrackingMetrics has stood up well compared to Salesforce. Being that we are a high volume call center for schools, it has been very good for the company. I feel that CallTrackingMetrics is really good for our company compared to Salesforece CMS.
Invoca is very user-friendly. It was easy to learn how to navigate and has a very user-friendly interface. It's hard to compare it against SaaS solutions like Five9 because their functions are different. Originally we selected Invoca because we were unaware of any SaaS solutions that accommodated all types of campaigns. We've found that now in LeadsPedia, but have still found that many partners prefer going through Invoca, so we still use it. It's an excellent platform for partners to access.
