Moving to Ceipal ATS was the worst decision we made at the organization I work for. The data loss, lies sold to us from their team, the inability to send emails and text messages successfully, the reporting limitations, the career site limitations across industry and categories… all of it… is quite possibly the biggest Mistake we have made. This horrible platform quite possibly will sink the organization i work for.
There is always room for improvements and updates. More workflows and ways to make the process easier for both employees and managers as well as the HR department. More functionality improvements vs esthetics as the platform already looks great. More ways for a manager to be involved with their employees without having to add separate module.
The payroll processing has been a huge benefit in keeping our weekly payroll process on track and accurate.
The COBRA services are very beneficial and we do not have to do any tracking. I appreciate this process is no longer on my duty list.
I would say the third id probably the timekeeping. The system is effective for daily tracking and timecard review. The access to the time clock is exceptional with multiple access points. The adjustments for additional pay on holidays has been helpful.
We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.
I believe Isolved has helped with allot of our previous payroll and HR issues but I am not the sole person responsible for making the decisions. If it were my responsibility to make the decision I would say yes, my input does weigh heavily on the choices but it's not guaranteed.
One of the easiest interfaces among the other ATS is Ceipal ATS, which reduces manual effort due to the AI automation integration, which increases the productivity of high-volume tasks. The overall Ceipal ATS interface looks presentable or is easy to approach due to its automation tools.
It is very intuitive and user friendly. iSolved is always updating and improving things before they even become a problem. I like how they inform us of the new updates and provide us with the details of what is changing and how it will improve the usuage.
In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.
Payroll due dates and send to us at the beginning of the year, with email reminders for holidays. The support email address is fairly fast, within 24-48 hours. But if something is needed immediately, I can just call and they help me out right then.
I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.
We do not use the integration, so we have a csv file that I upload manually for payroll. That is our decision based on the software at our restaurants. Pages loaded fairly quickly, but reports to pdf lag about 15-20 seconds
I would rate myself a 5 out of 10 in coding. While I have a basic understanding of coding languages like Java and Python, I am still learning and honing my skills. However, I am eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to improve my coding abilities.
Super supportive and courteous. The initial set up and integration process was great. They helped every step of the way. They are great to get a hold of by email or phone and will find a solution. I have never run into any issues that they couldn't resolve. They make it easy to add or change processes when needed.
A executive visit our organisation and check the compatibility of the systems and check the proper installation and navigation to the Ceipal. and take multiple sessions with the employees phase wise. also give some activity to perform and pull reports.
They provided in-depth online training, covering all aspects thoroughly. They also informed us that we could contact them if we need any assistance in the future. The trainers were knowledgeable and patient, making sure everyone understood the material. Additionally, they provided useful resources and documentation for our reference even reach them many time for the support they fabulous work
We loved taking the course, we went through most of them before we went live and I believe that was very helpful. The online training helped us learn to navigate in the program. We still refer to the training and assign our managers and supervisors to it as well. I highly recommend using it. We have also been able to attend the Connect Conferences with are extremely valuable and we learn tips and tricks to help us better utilize our system.
Clear Communication, core training, Data Migration, Customization and Configuration, Continuous Improvement. Regularly review and optimize your utilization of Ceipal ATS by collecting feedback from users, monitoring key performance metrics, and staying informed about new updates and features. Carefully plan and execute the data migration process to ensure that all existing candidate and recruitment data is accurately transferred to the new system.
The system was very cumbersome setting up as well as time consuming. There were times I just wanted to walk away and sometimes I did have to get up and walk away for a break and come back with a fresh perspective. The setup took me over a period of two to three months getting it to serve the purposes that we needed it two. I am very intuitive when it comes to computer software however getting all the right buttons checked in order for it to do what I needed didn't always work.
Ceipal ATS systems seamlessly automate recruitment processes and allow hiring managers to source, shortlist, and select the right candidates. In other words, ATS is like an applicant data repository that can be used to automate workflows and maintain compliance all along the recruitment process.
isolved provides a system and capabilities right at the sweet spot for our organizations. It is not overly complex and feature laden as to make it confusing and complex. On the other hand, it is fully functional and effective at the core requirements of HR and payroll without requiring additional work outside of the system. All of the systems we have previously considered or used were with limited on functionality or prohibitively expense and complex.
Pricing model was very flexible with Ciepal and when we agreed we already knew that we are going to renew it for more than 5 years now. It was flexible and we had to make sure that there is no breach in between. we are using the services for more than 2 years now so I think I made the right decision.
I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.
We are a company of about 135 people at 9 locations in 2 towns. We were able to set locations and departments, and also have each location seperate so only that manager can see their employees.
Ceipal Professional Service is also an elite service provided by Ceipal for its premium vendors. It's just like an upgrade system one can avail of if they want to pay more and have more features added to their current system. We did not use this service so I don't have much to say about this, but maybe in future we will require it.
