Ceipal ATS helps us source candidate profiles from various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, and Tech Fetch. It also helps us track the candidate in case of submission of the candidate profile to the client, scheduling the interview for the candidate, and sending bulk mail/Mass mail, which is an added advantage we use daily to source profiles.

isolved is incredibly cost effective and capable for a mid-size organizations looking for full automation on SAS online software.

It would be overkill for very small organizations and not meet the needs of larger organizations without the addition of many of its optionally purchased add on modules.

  • Once we are able to utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, we will be able to have a quick snapshot of each of our programs to see daily and future interviews, and other tasks.
  • The dashboard is easy to read. Again, once we can utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, it will be super helpful to see a quick snapshot overview of my programs.

  • The Ceipal ATS performed well but sometimes we couldn't find the exact resumes from the dice.
  • In Monster we can't access to modify the candidate VISA status so please add the option on Monster.
  • In Career builder there is no option to put Willing to relocation, that was also very helpful to sourcing exact resumes from the Ceipal ATS

  • More reminder notifications would be great!
  • A way to email hiring managers and our IT department at the same time with a template would save us from so much email communication
  • Transfer all attached documents such as interview notes from iHired applicants to isolved employee documents would save us time uploading into multiple places

We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.

I believe Isolved has helped with allot of our previous payroll and HR issues but I am not the sole person responsible for making the decisions. If it were my responsibility to make the decision I would say yes, my input does weigh heavily on the choices but it's not guaranteed.

In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.

Payroll due dates and send to us at the beginning of the year, with email reminders for holidays. The support email address is fairly fast, within 24-48 hours. But if something is needed immediately, I can just call and they help me out right then.

I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.

We do not use the integration, so we have a csv file that I upload manually for payroll. That is our decision based on the software at our restaurants. Pages loaded fairly quickly, but reports to pdf lag about 15-20 seconds

Support is good highly trained and never usually takes ten minutes to get a rep on the call, often it's a couple of minutes. At a competitor the average call for a rep was 45 minutes to a hour. If the rep doesn't have a solution for your challenge they will escalate to someone that does.

We loved taking the course, we went through most of them before we went live and I believe that was very helpful. The online training helped us learn to navigate in the program. We still refer to the training and assign our managers and supervisors to it as well. I highly recommend using it. We have also been able to attend the Connect Conferences with are extremely valuable and we learn tips and tricks to help us better utilize our system.

The system was very cumbersome setting up as well as time consuming. There were times I just wanted to walk away and sometimes I did have to get up and walk away for a break and come back with a fresh perspective. The setup took me over a period of two to three months getting it to serve the purposes that we needed it two. I am very intuitive when it comes to computer software however getting all the right buttons checked in order for it to do what I needed didn't always work.

Pricing model was very flexible with Ciepal and when we agreed we already knew that we are going to renew it for more than 5 years now. It was flexible and we had to make sure that there is no breach in between. we are using the services for more than 2 years now so I think I made the right decision.

I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.

It's just like an upgrade system one can avail of if they want to pay more and have more features added to their current system. We did not use this service so I don't have much to say about this, but maybe in future we will require it.

  • When we had Paycom, we had 1/4 of our staff that were not logging in and using the system. That number is down to maybe 5% now
  • Employees love having the ability to easily view and verify their timecards prior to payroll submission.
