Overall Satisfaction with iSolved
We are currently using this company wide as we have several remote employees as well as several who constantly travel. We like the benefit that this is web-based and anyone can access via the link using our company code. Using TimeForceII helps us better show our profitability on our services since we are a service based. It allows us to run reports monthly and as needed to monitor hours worked on a particular job or service. We also use this for HR purpose of tracking vacation, PTO so that the employee can see the information as well as the automated emails to their supervisors approving their time off.
Pros
- TimeForceII does an excellent job of keeping track of employee accruals, ie. vacation, PTO, holidays, etc.
- TimeForceII is good for keeping up with when employee reviews need to be given.
- TimeForceII also lets you create jobs to fit your business needs.
- TimeForceII lets you manage reporting and exporting into Excel to serve the purposes of the company.
Cons
- TimeForceII has issues like most things. Every time their is an update something may or may not work.
- TimeForceII is not very compatible with all browsers - it is a more window based system.
- TimeForceII needs improvement with fixing the bugs in the system.
- TimeForceII has positively affected the way we can track our profitability of our jobs and services and managing who and how many hours we work on a particular service or job.
- TimeForceII has let us be more efficient when he comes to keeping track of several areas of HR.
- TimeforceII has overall been a great asset to our company's bottom line.
TimeForceII gives us more flexibility with creating jobs and services than QB does. QB does not let each individual employee input their time sheets. I can run one report and not have to enter them from each individuals timesheet. Saves me time so that I can get more accomplished in my day.
Using iSolved
30 - All functions of the research and consulting industry from our CEO to the intern. The entire company uses TimeForceII.
1 - TimeForceII is perfect for our business, we have one administrator. It takes minimal effort after initial setup of the web-based system. If an individual has problems they email the administrator, if the problem is something that TimeForceII support is going to have to troubleshoot then they can call TimeForceII support. Support will login to their system to see if they can fix the problem. Most of the time it is a simple fix for the administrator.
- Accrual tracking
- Service and Job Profitability
- Reporting
- We have been able to keep our HR information in one spot that is easily available to the appropriate individuals
- We have set up our Services like jobs to determine profitability and determine where we need more or less manpower as well as sales if we need to increase prices for a service that is taking more man hours than anticipated.
- Using this for all of employees, remotely and in office has given us more efficiency than we originally expected.
- Eventually we can use this to send to our payroll processor for each pay period.
- When TimeForceII allows us to attach our reviews as PDF's that will be nice so that we do not have to keep them
- Managers will start using the reporting feature themselves.
Evaluating iSolved and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Positive Sales Experience with the Vendor
- Analyst Reports
Pricing was the biggest factor as a small business we have to get the most bang for our buck. Choosing the web-based version was the most cost efficient for our needs and purposes for the company. There were others that served our purposes however we can the HR part as an additional benefit.
Our evaluation process is very simple we base it on pricing and product features. We use this method because we are a small business with a very tight budget. We want to make sure that we what we need and the best price available. As a company this process will probably never change our selection process. Thanks TimeForceII for making our decision easier.
