Licensing is based on the number of active mailboxes Exclaimer adds email signatures to. Subscriptions are on a monthly or annual basis. Volume and charitable discounts are available. Minimum number of users is 10 per month.
First of all the two product differs in the price, Exclaimer costs so much more and doesn't give you more functionality. CodeTwo is also more complete in functions and the signature designer is more complete and it gives you more possibilities.

Chose CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
CodeTwo provides similar functionality to Exclaimer, but we found it to be easier to use at a better price point.
To be honest, the two are much the same, and we would have been happy with either solution. I have not tried the support from Exclaimer, and while we have not had a single technical issue with CodeTwo, there was an issue with billing alerts and admin accounts, which was our …

Chose CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
CodeTwo is cheaper per user and has the same features as Exclaimer. Exclaimer's editor was a little nicer, but CodeTwo's has more features. Integration into our tenant was just as fast and good with Exclaimer as it was with CodeTwo. In the end, price is what brought us to …
Big factors in our decision-making were multi-tenancy support, pricing, dynamic signature processing, workflow consistency and the ability to access the raw html if needed. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's cloud processing specifically offers great flexibility and allows us to …

Chose CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
At CodeTwo, the overall experience of the product is a lot more pleasant. From configuration to support. Personally, I find CodeTwo a lot more user-friendly and easier to implement.
Both products are comparable in terms of concept and features, but the pricing of CodeTwo combined with the option to edit HTML code of the signatures made us go for CodeTwo.
CodeTwo Email Signatures proved more cost-effective than other products in its category. As well, CodeTwo Email Signatures proved to be more comprehensive and cover more use cases than comparable products in its category. Lastly, CodeTwo Email Signatures proved to have an …
We selected CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 because it offered extensive functionality at a very competitive price point. The integration to Office 365 is very robust.
The CodeTwo installation was very straight forward and easy to handle. Designing the signature was also quite easy. Managing which users have access to which signature was very simple. In general everything was easy to find and not a struggle. I did not need to do any research …
The other platform we considered for this service was CodeTwo Email Signatures. It was fully capable of providing the signature service we needed. Still, our company already had an existing relationship with Exclaimer Cloud-Signatures for Office 365, which made it much more …
We tested CodeTwo alongside Exclaimer. We went with Exclaimer for the much easier to use editor, the support for setting up the first template and how open they were with data security.
They also provided much simpler guidance to initially setup the integration into office365 …
After using both CodeTwo and Opensense, my preference is still Exclaimer. I found Exclaimer to be extremely robust and flexible. It is also very easy to deploy and the logic within the programming within Exclaimer, makes it very easy to design your signature block workflows. …
Staff were extremely responsive and got back to us with in a day. We started the conversation and decided to go with Exclaimer for their timely response.
Exclaimer was the most costly option even after volume discounts and as an existing customer. It edges out the others in the simplicity of deployment and account management. Technically, all of the things - or most of the things - that Exclaimer can do, you can also do directly …
To be honest we could have gone either way with this decision. Our cloud partner happened to be reselling Exclaimer and we were expecting a slight discount but that didn't actually happen. I don't quite remember whether there was anything in particular that would have pushed us …
Prior to Exclaimer, we previously used a similar product from CodeTwo. Code Two's user interface and rule set up interface was slightly better than Exclaimer but their customer support was non-existence. When an issue came up where email signatures were not being applied for …
I've used CodeTwo in a previous role and it is more clunky to use and configure compared to exclaimer. Exclaimer has a much better support team and knowledge base.
I briefly looked at their website and I couldn't really understand as there was to much information which was hard to understand what they was actually trying to sell off to people, Exclaimer just looked exactly what we needed in just a few words I knew it was what we where …
CodeTwo just did not work for our environment. We used their products previously and they worked great, however they were products for old 2003 Exchange servers. Once we upgraded, the only way to fully utilize their tools was to be 100% on Office 365 and Hybrid was not an …
Exclaimer was a far superior product with better technical support. The staff at Exclaimer were really helpful and even helped us deploy the first set of template signatures for our organisation, this meant that setting up new ones was as simple as following the existing …
Exclaimer had more flexibility in their signature options at the time we were considering a cloud-based signature service. The user interface is a little easier to navigate.

Chose Exclaimer
Easy to use interface, the signature template editor is friendly, and pricing.
While Exclaimer is the most expensive, you pay for better compliance, easier experience to set up and configure, and better support. While the other two provide most of what Exclaimer has but we found that they were not as easy for our marketing department to use and in one …
I like how well Exclaimer integrates with Office365 and how easy it is to set up, configure and design signatures that can then be pushed out to your entire Team with a click of a button.
